You laughed, but your smile quickly faded as he got closer. He was leering at you and you felt an uncomfortable tingle pass through your body. He was angry. No, furious.
"Why do you even care who's throat I have my tongue down?" you snapped despite. You weren't afraid of him when everyone else was, even though you probably should've been. He just gave a quiet laugh and and walked toward you with his head down. "Do I need a reason?"
"Yes, you do", you snapped. "I'm not taking orders from you."
"Well", he said and now he was so close to you, you go feel his warm breath on the top of your head. "Maybe it's because I like you", he said quietly.
