April's POV

I wake up at about the normal time. Birdy is asleep, and then I remember there's no school today.

Last night was weird. I don't know what happened, I just had... like, a nightmare or something.

Please, no. No, just let me die, and you'll live.

What kind of thing is this?

I desperately think who the voice could be.

The boy. He looked quite muscly, his hair was brown, and he was lying down on the ground. Eyes stuck open.

He looked dead.

I get out of bed and start getting ready.

I decide to have a shower just to shake it off. (Do not start singing that.)

I come back in, and yet again, Birdy is doing something nervously.

This time she's playing with something small and staring at the floor.

Then she looks up when I come in.

"Why are you always gone? That's it, I'm never letting you out of my sight again."

"I was just having a shower."

She sighs. "You could've had another spell."

"I'm fine, seriously."

I get dressed, and then do my hair. It's being shit today, so I use my metamorphagus powers to make it blonde and nice. I don't know why I chose blonde but it doesn't look too bad.

"Okay, what's with the blonde?"

"Just feel like something different."

"Okay then."

I tie it up in a loose ponytail, and we go to the Hall for breakfast.

I see Scorpius and he comes over to us straight away.

"Are you alright? Oh, I like your hair."

"Yes, I haven't had any more. And thanks."

"Good," he sighs.

"Well, she was gone this morning, and I was freaking out," says Birdy. "But it turns out she was just in the shower."

I sigh. "I need some food. Do you want to sit with us?"

He looks over at the entry to the hall. "Maybe not."

"Why?"

"My brother. See you later." And he walks over to the Slytherin table.

"Does Eddie still not know?" asks Birdy.

"No." I say.

We start eating the eggs on toast, and then Eddie comes in.

And sits beside us.

"Hey guys!"

I was considering my options, yet again, and decided to pretend he wasn't there.

I guess Birdy caught on, and she ignored him too.

"Well, if you're going to ignore me..." I suppose he can't think of anything.

"Whatever," mutters Birdy.

I keep eating until I'm full. Birdy gets the same idea when I pick up my bag and leave the table.

Eddie's POV

Okay, I don't know what I did. They just hate me. Both of 'em.

Ugh, they're girls, so they'd be like that.
