Chap 6- The next morning Kate woke up with a huge smile on her face, she lifted her left hand and smiled.
It wasn't a dream, she was really engaged to Rick.
She sat up and stretched her arms before going to the bathroom and starting the bath.
She put some nice salts in there and relaxed into the tub.
After soaking for 20 minutes she got out and slipped her robe on then walked out to find her outfit for the day.
She decided on a short dress with black leggings and her boots.
After doing her hair and makeup and finding it satisfying she looked at herself once more then walked out.
She was walking when she felt something bump into her.
"What the.." She turned around to see a little girl around 4 smiling.
"Oh." she giggled.
"Hello." kate said.
The little girl smiled and waved back. "HI! I'm lily and I'm 5." She said and Kate smiled.
"I'm Kate and I'm 22." She said and Lily smiled.
"Where's your mommy?" She asked.
"She's with Grandma." She said and Kate raised an eyebrow.
"Lilly dear where did you go!" A woman with dark brown hair said as she ran up.
"Sorry mommy." She said and the woman picked her up.
"Thank you for staying with her." She said and kate smiled.
"No problem." She said.
"You must be Kate." She said and Kate furrowed a brow and nodded.
"Ugh yes." She said.
"My mother told me about you." She said.
"Is your mother..." She said.
"The queen? yea that's her." She said and smiled.
"I'm Liona, Rick's sister." She said and Kate's mouth opened.
