Distraction

I realize how many of my hobbies that I actually still do are coping mechanism in some ways. Listening to music helps me block my headaches and thoughts out, drawing eases my nervousness, writing distracts me, gaming and youtube too. I enjoyed all these things for years, still do, but I can't help but wonder how much of it I do just for entertainment.

It's really short, but I hope you like it anyways.
