*~ Ross' P.O.V ~*

Today wasn't my day. My stomach was hurting and I had the worst migraine in history. But I kept it hidden. Popping Advil as if they were going out of style. I didn't want Max to worry. I know he's a good boyfriend keeping me safe and protecting me. But I need to do this on my own besides it just a little stomach flu. Right?

*~ Max's P.O.V ~*

Ross seemed a little off today. He looked a lot more pale then usual. My narwhal seemed more sluggish and under the weather. As we sat down on the couch for a recording of 'Cards Against Humanity'. Barney was sitting next to Ross, but I told him to move so I could sit next to him. I turned to him and whispered,

"Babe you okay?"

"I-I'm fine." He replied with a not so sure smile and looked away

Why is he being so stubborn?! I let a sigh escape my lips as I turned my attention to Adam. He started to intro the video.

PLEASE DEAR GAWD IM SO FUCKING HAPPY THIS ONE CHALLENGE IS STARTING TO PISS ME THE FUCK OFF!

This was what the 5th time we did this fucking video?! Ugh. This time we're playing with the apple card game. Since well the other cards wouldn't be appropriate for the video. I glanced over at Ross and saw him zone out for a moment. He looked like he was lost in thought. Before I could nudge him, Ross sneezed into his arm and coughed afterwards.

"Are you sure you're okay?"

"Y-Ye." Ross smiled weakly giving a thumbs up while everyone said 'bless you' or 'excuse you'.

I looked at him with obvious concern but he kept smiling and looked back at the game. I'm just plain out worried for him. Once the game finished with Adam unfairly winning, everyone started to leave and outro out. Ross got up and walked pass me, but before I could say anything he fell to the floor.

THUD.

"ROSS!" I shouted practically rushing to his side as my heart felt like it stopped, "Ross?! Babe you okay??"

He looked at me and motioned to his stomach and head. But he rolled over to the side and threw up as I started running circles on his back.

"Adam!" I shouted as he looked at me

"I'm on it!" He quickly pulled out his phone dialing 911 everyone started to disperse and out stuff away.

"Why didn't you tell me?" I whispered to him as I felt tears tickling my eyes

"I-I didn't want you t-to worry about me." He mumbled with a small smile

"It's my job too." I chuckled as I brought him closer and began to run my finger through his hair.

Not to long later the paramedics arrived and put him on a stretcher. I come with him in to the ambulance. I hold his as he's hooked up to the medical equipment.
