Finally!

Natasha's pov
"Fight"
I look to my instructor than to my opponent, yelena, we circle each not leaving each other's eyes, I feel the tension killing me and throw the first punch she easily dodges it and hits me with a counter I just skims past my face, I look at her and grin, i can't wait to kill her
"I haven't got all day!" The instructor shouts making us both jump a bit, I was just about to through another punch when I see yelena grab out a knife, I eye the knife then her, really? I think to myself .
She pounces at me I dodge out the way taking a scratch to the chest, I let out a little whimper but carry on baring through the pain, I can't die not now not today, she goes for another strike but I grab her hand and bring me knee up to it and smacking the knife out her hand I punch her in the face and finish with a kick to the chest she falls to the ground and the end whistle blows, I look to my instructor to see her impressed
"Well done Natalia, still managed to beat yelena even when she used Foul play against you, but as for you yelena you had a knife but still didn't manage to beat an injured Natalia, weak, 2 nights in the hole" I cringe at the word hole, I spent 3 nights in there once for accidentally hitting a guard, long story maybe another time perhaps, it's not nice its literally a hole where you sit in a cramp space with no food, no water, no fresh air, and nothing to do, but I guess it was better than the beatings.
I eye yelena as the guards drag her away, I earn a small smile from the instructor and get sent to my room to patch myself up, thank god I lasted another one of the horrible fight tests

I shoot upwards feeling nauseous as I do so, I look around to see I'm in a white room, with medical equipment next to me
"The explosion!" I shout as the memory comes back to me, I examine myself to make sure I'm not missing any legs or anything and once satisfied attempt to get up, I immediately fall back down on my bed from my head feeling like it has just exploded
"Shit" I accidentally sat under my breathe
"Doc says you'll be fine, just a minor laceration to the head and concussion, your lucky " I look up to see fury standing there, I place my hand in my head to feel the wound I flinch slightly but cover it up
"Steve?" I ask
"Is fine seems you took most the blast" thank god I think to myself
"Mind telling me how you knew something was gonna happen in that cell, Rogers won't spill the beans, says that you should tell me" I look at him then at the floor, I huff and start
"I got a call" I simply say
"From whom?"
"Uh I don't know" I reply hoping he doesn't call my bluff
"Your lying"
Dammit, looks like he knows me just as well as I know him
"Fine it was huh, Ivan" I shiver at the last word and it seems fury does to
"What the iva-" I cut him off
"Yep" I say again whilst looking at the floor
"And what does he want"
"Me" I take a big gulp then look back fury
"Ok we need to get you out the country and we'll need-"
"Don't give me that fury, just earlier you were saying I have a job that I can't just leave and now you want me to just pack my bags"
"Look before was different that was before we knew Ivan was actually getting involved and not just his thugs doing his dirty work which is why you need to leave"
"No"
"What?"
"No I'm not leaving, not this time, you know they will NEVER stop looking for me so it makes no different if I leave the county they'll find me just like they always do"
"What do you suppose we do then?" He asks
"For now we stay under the radar just till we think of a plan that might work, and then, then we bring the fight to them and end the red room once and for all"
"I like your thinking"
"Ok it's settled were gonna need a better place to hide out then the helicarrier because as I know from experience it's not as safe as you thought it was"
"I know just the place, I need to make some calls and hopefully you'll be gone by tonight" I look at him and smile
"Thanks Nick, for everything, I know this is my mess that I've dragged you into but you stuck by me, and that means a lot I owe you one"
"You owe me nothing Natasha, I'm just gonna go make some calls but Rogers is in the control room if you wanna go talk to him, I think he desperately wants to see you" I look at him and smile.
I walk down the hallways still slightly dizzy from my head, but I gain my balance and carry on, I finally get to the control room to see Steve standing there taking to hill, I knock on the door to see everyone's eyes on me, Steve looks at me and runs over to me and pulls me into a warm embrace, I smile into his chest and hug him back
"I'm so glad your ok" I say into his chest whilst a tear falls down my face
"I'm so glad your ok" he replies whilst looking down at me
"Steve I need to ask you something" I whisper in his ear
"So do I, you go first or shall I?" He asks, I'm slightly intrigued as to what he has to say, mine is only asking if he wants tacos so I let him go first
"You go first" I say with a smile
"Ok here it goes" he steps down on one knee and gets everyone's attention, including hill's, on us "will you make me the happiest man as to accompany me on a fist date?" He asks, I look down at him with my eyes turning glassy from the tears and smile
"Yes, yes I would love to" he stands up and pulls his lips to mine, we stay like that for what feels like forever till we pull apart for air, I hear the claps of shield agents behind us and blush slightly
"She said yes!" Steve shouts, I look at him and smile, finally, I think to myself
"Now what were you gonna say?" He asks with his big cheesy smile on his face
"I was just gonna ask if you wanted to get some tacos but your thing was better!" I say with a smile, he laughs
"Come on I made you a promise, let's go get some tacos and watch that Disney frozen movie you love so much, I chuckle at his comment, and the both of us walk out with a big smile on our faces our hands linked together, I never want this to end

A/N finally we got a big Romanogers moment, Steve finally asked her on a date, yay!! Anywho as always please like, comment and follow thanks guys
