Isa na naman kwento ang natapos! Salamat sa walang sawang pagsubabay sa mga kwento ng magbarkada. Infairness ah, mabilis na ang update ko dito. I'm a huge procrastinator pero sinipag talaga akong mag-update sa story na ito. Sana lang tuloy-tuloy na din ang kasipagan ko sa pagsusulat sa susunod na mga story ko. May asawa na ang apat na babies ko, si Wayne na lang pala ang binata ko.
Nakakalungkot na patapos na ang series ng magbabarkada. Everytime I finish a story, I feel like a proud mama watching her little birds fly and leave the nest. I get really emotionally attached to the characters I write. Sometimes I think they're real people. Anyway, sana masubaybayan niyo din ang huling story ng magbarkada. Ang story Wayne Cameron St. Croix. Pinag-iisipan ko din kung gagawan ko pa ng story ang mga anak ng magbarkada. Pero saka ko na iisipin yun pagtapos na ang story niya lol.

Marian's POV
Nakaupo ako sa pagitan ng mga hita ni Seth, nakasandal ang likod ko sa dibdib niya at nakapulupot ang mga bisig niya sa akin. We were sitting by the lake. Pinanonood lang namin ang mga kaibigan ni Seth na lumangoy kasama ang mga anak at asawa nila.
Iniwan ni Pio ang mga laruang kotse niya at lumapit sa tubig. He dipped his little toe in the water.
"Pio, don't go in the water. Wait for me!" Sabi ni Seth.
He turned his head to us with a frown. "I SWIM!"
"We'll go for a swim later." Tumayo si Seth at nilapitan ang anak niya. He sat beside him and scooped him onto his lap. Pio just turned two last month. Ang bilis ng panahon. Parang kailan lang ang liit liit niya pa at buhat buhat ko siya. Ngayon ang kulit kulit na, hindi mapakali sa isang tabi.
He was looking more and more like Seth with each passing day. And he was quickly becoming more and more like his father. He too had love for cars just like Seth and he copies everything his father does. Makalit din siya katulad ng ama niya at may pagkapilyo din.
"Daddy, now!" Pio firmly said with face crumpled.
"No, not now. You just had your milk, you might throw up." Malumanay na sabi ni Seth. "Let's play with your cars. Come on..."
"No! I swim now!" He pouted.
"Later, okay?" Sabi niya bago binuhat si Pio at bumalik sa akin. They sat beside me and played with his toy cars. Before he could throw a tantrum, inaliw na ni Seth ang anak niya at agad naman nakalimutan nito ang tungkol sa swimming.
"VROOM! VROOM!" Seth imitated the sound of an automobile and Pio smiled. I contentedly watched them as they played together. Maya-maya ay nauwi na kilitian ang laro nila.
"Daddy!" He managed to say as he cried in a fit of laughter. "NO!"
"Seth, tumigil na nga kayong dalawa. Kadedede lang ng anak mo." Saway ko.
Seth let go of him and Pio ran to me, laughing deviously. Umupo siya sa kandungan ko and he buried his face on my shoulder.
"Kita mo, pawis na pawis ka na, o!" Sabi ko habang isinusuklay ang mga daliri ko sa basang buhok niya. I reached for the towelette beside me at pinunasan ang pawis niya bago ko siya hinalikan sa noo. "Ang likot likot niyo talagang dalawa."
"Me din, mommy. I'm sweaty..." Seth said in a baby voice.
Humagikgik si Pio sa tinuran ng ama niya. I rolled my eyes but wiped the sweat off his forehead anyway.
"Kiss ko?" He said, puckering his lips.
I faked a sigh and gave him a peck on the kiss. Bumalik siya sa dating pwesto niya at umupo sa likuran ko. I leaned my back against his chest. My fingers started playing with Pio's hair. His hand snaked to my chin and he turned my head to face him. Binigyan niya ako ng halik sa labi. I felt so at peace with the water around us and my son in my arms and the love of my life kissing me. Could my life get any better than this?
"Yuck!" Pio said with a chuckle. Agad naghiwalay ang mga labi namin at napatingin sa kanya.
Natatawang ginulo ni Seth ang buhok ni Pio. "When a beautiful woman kisses you, you don't say yuck, you say thank you."
I chuckled, shaking my head. He wrapped an arm around my waist and rested his head on my shoulder.
Bigla akong may naalala. I wanted to tell it to him earlier but we were in a hurry. Malalate na kasi kami sa binyag ng bunsong anak ni Phoenix at Cassie na si Veronica. Nawala din sa isip ko kanina dahil naging abala kami sa pag-aasikaso ng picnic party.
"Seth..." Mahinang sabi ko.
"Mm?"
"Late ako." Sabi ko.
"Late for what?" He lifted his head up to look at me.
"My period is late. I haven't had it this month." I nervously said, my finger twirling around Pio's hair.
He just look at me with a blank expression for a moment, and then his eyes widened. "Are you telling me...?"
"And this morning, I took a pregnancy test... it turned out positive."
Napaawang ang mga labi niya. For several seconds he was quiet, as if trying to process what I said to him. His shocked expression soon turned into a smile. "I'm going to be a daddy..." He whispered. "I'm going to be a daddy again!" He said in a louder voice. "Holy shit, I'm going to be a daddy again!!!"
"Hindi pa naman sigurado... Isang pregnancy test pa lang—"
"Did you hear that Pio? We're going to have a baby again. You're going to be a big brother!" Umalis siya sa likod ko at binuhat ang anak namin. He happily spun our son around and threw him in the air only to catch him again. Tawa naman ng tawa si Pio. "My baby's a big brother now!"
"Hey guys, I have an announcement to make!" Sabi niya, buhat-buhat niya si Pio sa isang kamay habang nakaharap sa lawa kung saan masayang lumalangoy ang mga kaibigan niya. They all paused and turned their attention to him.
"I'm going to be a daddy again! We're going to have another baby." Masayang sabi niya.
Tumayo ako at lumapit sa kanya. "Ano ka ba? Hindi pa nga sure yun."
"Congrats!" Sabi ni Wayne.
"It's about time. Nakakailan na kami ni Cassie." Sabi naman ni Phoenix habang pasan-pasan ang anak niyang si Coco sa likod niya.
"Aba! Humahabol ka sa amin." Sabi naman ni Tristan habang karga si Yvo sa tagiliran niya. His wife, Andi, was pregnant with their second baby.
"Nice shot!" Axel grinned.
He wrapped his arm around my shoulder and pulled me into a hug. He gave me a kiss on the forehead, on the tip of my nose and finally lips. "We're going to go to the doctor tomorrow first thing in the morning. God, you don't know how happy you've made me."
"But we're still not sure. Baka mali lang—"
"I'm positively sure you're pregnant!" He said. "I can feel it. You think I don't notice the missing chocolates in the fridge? And you grimacing everytime you're near a coffee because you hate the smell of it?"
I smiled, letting my head rest against his chest. I never really noticed that but he was right. I looked at the mini version of Seth and pinched his cheek. "Magiging kuya ka na." Sabi ko. "Magiging big brother na ang baby namin."
"Give mommy a kiss." Sabi ni Seth.
He leaned over to me and gave me a peck on the lips.
"I love you." Seth whispered, kissing me on the forehead. "Thank you for giving me Pio and thank you for giving me another baby."
"I love you too and thank you for your sperms." I jokingly said. "It gave me the most precious things ever."
He let out a tender chuckle. "It was my pleasure, honey. Absolutely my pleasure."
