The teacher told us the rules, blah blah blah. Blah blah blah, blah blah blah blah, for the next fifteen minutes. Mari then ran to get us sheets and pencils, then she told me that she'd like to run first. I nodded and let her. She stretched out with her back to me, and started doing side lunges. Ah, such a toned- nope I like Ladybug. Nopeity dope dope dope.
"Ready, set, go!" The teacher yelled, and Mari took off, in what could be a jog, but what could be a sprint, it was so fast. She passed me on her third lap, and I called to her.
"Mari, slow down! You're going to get burnt out and give out or something! I yelled at her and she kept running.
"I won't silly kitty. Hold your horses."
"Uh huh." I rolled my eyes and then thought of something. She called me silly kitty. Only Ladybug does that! Ladybug... Is Mari! This is perfect but completely unexpected. I quickly marked down her laps and told her that she had one more lap, which she full on crazy sprinted, really really fast. But why wouldn't she be so fast, she is Ladybug. Oh well. I'll confront her later.
