[AN: Oh my freaking god... After today, I don't know how I'll feel tomorrow. First I had to decide which shift I want to work for the next rest of my life, then I had to decide if I wanted to quit my other job, then I had to buy two new tires for my van, then I had to go tell my client that this is the last day I'll see her. She had a panic attack when I cut my hours, but today, I'm surprised at how well she kept it together, but I did see her crying... Also, was said that I'm a great catch, as a wife, not as an employee lol. Wow... twelve hours of making that flow and trying to sort it out before other stuff, then Monday I start again. Anywho, let's just get on with the story, right?! lol. Please enjoy, feel free to vote, comment, message, or just read!]
After talking to Professor Xavier, they made their way to the jet, Kerri tossing her bag into a seat since she didn't think they had time to waste running it back to her room.
Logan sat in the pilot's chair, Kurt in the co-pilot's chair, and Kerri sat next to her bag.
After they had taken off, Logan told Kerri to go get changed. She walked out of the little changing area, for once not trying to hide herself. 'Guess if nothing else, working at that club helped me be not so self conscious,' she thought to herself as she sat back down.
It wasn't a long flight, only to New Jersey, and they touched down soon after Kerri sat down.
They were met by two large muscled men and a suit of red and gold armor.
As they piled out of the Blackbird, the three gathered around them.
"Hello again, Wolverine," the nicely muscled man with a large A on his red, white, and blue uniform said, and Kerri recognized him as Captain America from the old trading cards her dad had showed her when she was little.
"Boyscout," Wolverine greeted. "This is Nightcrawler, and this is the Kid," he introduced them.
"The Kid? Your name is Billy?" The man in the suit quipped, and Kerri remembered about when Tony Stark had come out as Ironman.
"Williaminia for long, only friends are allowed to call me Billy," Kerri shot back.
Ironman laughed, but Captain America look confused, like he wasn't sure if she was joking or not, and the other man looked completely lost.
"This is Captain America, Ironman, and Thor. Kid doesn't have a code name yet," Wolverine grumbled.
Thor looked them up and down and asked, "How are these children going to help us with our mission? They are so small. And why does the girl have a hole on the back of her pants? Is this that thing that is called a fashion trend?"
Ironman looked over, telling him, "Of course they're small, we need them to fit into the tight spaces. As for the hole, she is obviously showing off her coccyx."
"It's for my tail," Kerri told them straight faced.
"That's what I said," Ironman said.
"No, the hole is for my tail, you said it was for my coccyx, which is the bone my tail grows out of," she said, turning and showing her tail off as it appeared.
Thor and Captain America looked taken aback, but nothing was visible on Ironman's face plate, of course.
"What is this creature?" Thor asked, irritating both Kerri and Nightcrawler by accidentally insinuating that Kerri wasn't a person.
"I'm a human, just like everyone else, I just happen to grow a wolf tail and ears every so often," Kerri said sullenly.
"Hey, you're the kid I made that image inducer for, aren't you?" Ironman asked Nightcrawler, recognizing him.
