Chapter 14 is still in development. I've just had terrible writer's block as, if you recall, I mentioned someone named Aneres. I was having some trouble with introducing her to Lu, which I did eventually figure out how to. I'm not sure when Chapter 14 will be up, so I won't make any promises.
