The first thing he noticed when he stepped outside was the crisp, clean air that filled his lungs. He took in a deep breath and relished at the sweetness. Standing on top of the piece of the Ark, he stood and looked out over the mountains and the lake that lay behind them. He gasped with awe because no book could capture the color that he saw before him. He turned and looked at the trees around him. The green overwhelmed his senses causing him to stagger to the side. As he looked out over the trees he saw a small wisp of smoke in the far distance.
Alden smiled to himself and whispered, "I'm coming, Andromeda."
