"That's the last of it, Captain," Ross said. "For the interior, at least." The inside of the boat was completely finished and fixed, but Red had requested a paint job for the beauty. "Hasn't seen a fresh coat of paint in ages," she said.
After finding more than enough paint, Dan and Gabi worked on the back left, Barry worked on the front, and Ross and Shannon worked on the right, the side facing away from the port. One coat of white, and the top of the ship would be outlined in brown. Ross and Shannon managed to get a good chunk of the ship painted, though he started to get bored after a while. He played with the loaded brush, wiping some of the paint on his hands. Then, he got an idea.
"Hey, c'mere," he said lowly. Shannon glanced over and walked over to him, eyeing the brush that was full of paint. "Give me your arm," he said. Shannon held out her left arm and had to hold back a giggle as the cold paint glided against her skin, the bristles of the brush tickling up her arm. Shannon could've watched him for hours, as he was quite skilled with the paint. Patterns, little hearts and flowers, swirls and stripes, he did it all on her one arm. When he began to run out of room on her arm, Ross managed to sneak in a few dots on her cheeks before she stopped him.
"Your turn." She said with a smirk, loading up her brush and holding his hand as she drew just as gracefully against his skin. He didn't laugh, but he had the most loving smile on his face as she filled in the space.
"You draw?" He asked, his eyes twinkling at her skill. "Just a little. Whenever I get the time," Shannon replied. Ross couldn't help but cup her face with his free hand and kiss her, making it last and smirking at her blush. He smirked even more, though, when she kissed back.
"I don't think you two know the difference between a boat and a human," Red said, leaning on the now dry paint, eyeing their arms. "You're doing a lovely job though, keep it up." She said, flashing a mischievous grin and walking off, leaving the two artists to flush and get back to work.

Barry put his brush down on the dock and rubbed his beard in thought, looking at the boat intently. "Something wrong, lad?" Red asked him.
"Dyou have a name for him? Yknow, besides the nicknames." He replied. He wanted to write it on the ship, she could tell. Though, Red hesitated. She didn't really have a real name for it, it never crossed her mind to officially name it.
"Doesn't have one," she said. "Any suggestions?"
Barry thought, then smiled. "I think it should be called the S.S Kramer." Red blushed at him. It was a cheesy suggestion, but she couldn't help but like how it sounded. "Ah, yes, the S.S Kramer, my love.." She replied.
The two smiled for a bit at each other, though Red seemed to notice his blush at the comment. "I was referring to the ship," she said.
"Oh, I know, I know, Captain.." He trailed off, getting lost in his thoughts. Red shook her head and smiled again, walking off to let his mind wander.

The crew stood back to admire the renovated ship. It looked like it didn't even belong to Red, it looked so different. "Thank you, lads, really." She said in awe. "He looks beautiful."
Barry blinked, then looked over at the others. "When was the last time you had a decent meal, Captain?"
Red shook her head. "Too long." Barry clapped his hands together and stepped out of line, facing all of them completely. "We did a lot these past few days, hm? I say we have a good dinner to celebrate. Clean up, though, I don't want paint in my house."
Red followed Barry to his house, Dan and Gabi following behind after a quick wash in a bucket of water. Shannon and Ross, however, look a bit longer.
Ross managed to get most of the paint off his arms, but when he glanced up, he realized Shannon wasn't having much luck. "You want help with that?" He asked, getting the last chips of dry paint off of him. Shannon nodded.
He rolled up her sleeve carefully and dipped his hand in the bucket of fresh water, scrubbing up and down her arm. It was easy to get most of it off, but the underside of her forearm was a little harder.
Shannon blushed and shuddered as he went up her arm with the cold water, a barely audible noise escaping her lips as Ross brushed against her wrist. It may have been quiet, but it was audible enough for him to hear. Getting curious, he scratched lightly up her arm, spending some extra time on her wrist. A dark grin grew on his face as she squeaked.

Ross knocked on Barry's door, Shannon right behind him. She rubbed her arm as they waited, being gentle against the scratch marks. Barry opened the door moments later and smirked at them. "Took you long enough." He said mischievously.
