Chapter 19: I need your help.

Logan's P.O.V.

I was home alone, well except for Jason. Joni was out grocery-shopping. Ever since we came back from Texas only one thing has been on my mind. Popping the question. I wanted Joni to be mine, officially. But I have no idea where to start. Maybe I should call Carlos. Yeah, let's call Carlos. I felt my pocket and took out my phone. I dialed Carlos' number. "Hello?"

"Yo, Carlitos!"

"Hey, Logan. What's up man?"

"Carlos, I need your help." I said getting serious.

"Sure, what can I do you for?"

"It's about Joni and proposing." I could already imagine the excited look on his face. He gasped.

"Logiebear is gonna ask the big question."

"Don't call me that." I said annoyed. "Now will you help me?"

"Of course buddy. How about you come over to my house tomorrow?"

"Sounds good."

"Babe, I'm home!" I hear Joni shout from downstairs. "Babe?"

"Bedroom!" I finally shout back. "Los, I gotta go. thanks."

"No problem, dude." I hung up and Joni entered the room.

"Hey." She smiled and wrapped her arms around me.

"Hey." I smile back and kiss her lips. "I missed you." She chuckled a little.

"I only went out for groceries." I shrugged.

"I still missed you." I kissed her again. She smiles.

"So what were you doing in here?"

"Oh um just making a phonecall."

"With who?"

"Someone from work, nothing important." I lied. I didn't like it though, but I had to. well it wasn't a complete lie, I do work with Carlos. Only the phonecall was very important. Joni gave me a weird look but shrugged it off.

"So where's Jason?"

"Asleep." I kissed her again.

"I'll start dinner." She smiled. I love he smile.
