I was in Cairo. Wandering the streets aimlessly; in my hot scratchy uniform. "Hey Miss you alright?" I heard a females voice question. I spun around and saw a tall girl with bright blonde hair; she had freckles almost as many as me. "Yes I'm looking for the Matron of the hospital here." I explained very unsure. "Come with me I'll take you to her." The woman linked her arm in mine with a smile. "My names Honey but everyone calls me Bee." She chuckled. "Well I'm Grace but it seems to be easier to say Gracie." I chuckled with her.

"In here love just knock and I'll wait for ya." She said; I nodded and did as Bee said. "Enter!" A voice boomed. I sat down in the chair in front of a wooden desk. Behind huge spectacals sat a small plump woman. "You must be Sister Grace Craig it's a pleasure to have you on board I'm Matron O'Conner." The woman smiled. I smiled nervously. "Relax girly I'm quite friendly have you got any questions or Enquiries before I Send you on your duties?" The woman asked. I though for a moment suddenly relaxing. "There is one man I'd like to enquire about." "What's his name?" The matron asked. I opened my mouth to speak; but I couldn't say his name. "It's alright honey just talk to me about him later." She smiled gently. I wiped my right eye: "Thankyou matron." I mumbled. "Now you and Sister Ollington whom of which I saw out there are out in emergency ward for today, then tomorrow I might send you on a more advanced mission." She handed me a piece of paper with my scheduled places to be. "MIDNIGHT?! I finish at midnight?!" I exclaimed.  "Sweets you're tough you've had a rough life how old are you?" "I'm 23 in August." I said. "Well you and Sister Ollington will be just fine." she explained. I rose from my feet, "Thankyou Matron O'Conner." I hung my head. "Chin Up sweets oh and by the way I'd like to hear of the man before you leave tomorrow." She smiled. I cocked and eyebrow and nodded. "Goodluck Sister." She said. I quickly opened the door and closed it loudly. Honey and I giggled. "She's crazy." I stated, handing her a piece of paper. "Hey we have the same timetable." she chuckled. "I know." I said. "You ready?" Honey asked, almost unsure. "Yea..." I sighed. 🌾
