Chapter 4: At The Mall

When Melissa gets to my house. I am ready to go shopping I stole money from my step monster and my father not caring that I would get in trouble for stealing.

"Hey Alexis lets go!" Melissa yells from her convertible car.

"Allons-y" I scream while jumping in her car, and we were off to the mall.

At the mall I am so excited, I quickly jump out of the car before it even stops. "Alexis!!" Melissa screams

I start laughing and run into the mall.

Once I'm inside the mall I am in awe the mall was huge for the town but it was absolutely awesome. I soon saw a Hot Topic and ran inside and inside the shop I was in wonderland I couldn't control myself I went straight for the band tees. They had every band I have ever loved. I decided that I would buy one of each band. Father wouldn't mind and if he did well oh well. I then saw the skirts and bought one of each as well. I just love this place. In the end I almost bought the whole store but controlled myself. I went straight to the cash register and spent over 1400 bucks just at Hot Topic and it was the first store! I had so many bags. The next store I wanted to go to was Spencer's! I had a whole list of places to go. By the time it was lunch I had spent well over $5000. Melissa was having just as much fun as I! For lunch we decided that we would buy lunch at the food court and then hit some more stores. "Melissa, I want sushi!" I whinnied

"Then buy sushi, Alexis!" she replied

When we got our food we sat down at a table in the food court and talked about the clothes stores that we needed to go to. I have only two shops left on my list: Victoria Secret and don't laugh but West 49. I was waiting for Melissa who was eating still (she is a really slow eater) when I spotted this super cute blond guy! I stared at him he had blond hair and green eyes, also he looked around my age! I wonder if he goes to my new school? I guess I'll see. "Alexis. Alexis! Hey Alexis, Earth to Alexis!" Melissa yelled!

"Hmm?" I replied

" What are you looking at?!?" Melissa asked.

"Oh um that guy."

"Oh him.. he's a big jerk his name is Alec but Daniel and I call him Blondie." Melissa informed me. I look back at Blondie and decide that I will stay away from him if he is a huge jerk.

When Melissa drops me off at my house I am so pooped from shopping I can't wait to sleep! "Alexis, we are here! See you in two days!" Oh that's right school is in two days.

"Oh thanks for the shopping trip and yeah see you!"I say and head up the stairs with all my bags which happen to be at least 50 pounds. As soon as I get in my room I start to fold and hang all my new clothes! Today was great!

I get four weeks without My Father and the step monsters! This is going to be a great month. How will this year go?
