I was sitting in the car, thinking about the one and only man of my life, My Manik. Yes. Manik Today is the day. Today no backing off, no fights, just the confession.
I was so engrossed in my thought, suddenly I heard someone was calling me, I looked at driver. He said we are there. So now I am at where Manik is. Oh My God. This feels so right.
I stepped out of the car and looked around, but everything is so dark, and suddenly the car drove away. I looked at the car and again looked around, I am feeling sand under my feet, sorry under my heels. Navya didi told me to wear heels today as per obvious reason to match my height with Manik. But it's now uncomfortable. I took my heels and held them in my one hand and again looked around. There was no one. It's all dark. Where is Manik now.
So I finally gave up and called out his name, as soon as I spoke his name, a voice broke my all worries, yes I know this voice, its Manik.
Manik: Nandini..
I heard you, but where are you, so being impatient I asked: Where are you Manik?
Again I just heard his voice: Nandini, I am here. You just have to find me. Like I found you as my life partner.
I sighed: but Manik it's all so dark.
I heard him laugh, Oh God I so want to hug you Manik, stop playing games.
His voice again broke my thought process.
Manik: Nandini, I know it's all dark. But you know what, it's all dark because you didn't take any step.
I got confused.
He continued: Nandini, before you came in to my life, my life was just like this. All dark. No one dared to enter in it. But then suddenly one day you walked in and spread light all around.
I blushed and looked down.
He again continued: so start walking, just like you walked in my life, the light will automatically spread.
I shook my head, and Mukti Bhabhi said he is unromantic. I started walking and as he said light spread all around.

There was a path. There were lights on both the side of path. Star shaped light. I knew he liked stars. I walked between light path, now I can clearly see, it's a beach. But why beach, we don't have even a single memory of beach. But I chucked my all thoughts, because I know Mr. Manik Malhotra don't do things without logic. But where is he?
I again called his name with a sighed: Manik. Kaha ho tum?
He again laughed, I so want to kill you for doing this to me Mr. Malhotra. You are clearly pissing me off.
