What I've learned from this whole experience is that pain helps us grow. You'll become a smarter, stronger, better person. We choose to care when we shouldn't. We get attached to people who could give less of a fuck.
Someone can so easily go from the person you wake up smiling, to the reason you're falling asleep crying.
The worst part is that sometimes you just have to forget the person you once loved and move on. You'll soon realize that you are more in love with the memories than the person standing in front of you.
I promise you that the guy that broke your heart, the one that left you in a river of tears on the floor, is not the only one. There is always that other broken angel. There is always a Jayce.
Speaking now as the person that the character Riley is based off of and not her herself, I have not yet found my Jayce. I have faith that his out there somewhere and I hope he comes around soon but I also know that I am strong because of my 'Drake'.
