"Uh" Lor grunted as she punched my padded hands

"Your doing good, Lor" I told her "let's change it up a little" she stops punching catching her breath "left, right, left, up." I show her before holding my hand up "left, right, left" I lift my hand and make it face the floor "and up" Lorelai punches  fast upwards and upwards "shit Lor! If you did that to someone’s nose your probably kill them!" I laugh, putting my arms to my side

"Again!" Lorelai panted out, I obeyed putting my hands up, left, right, left, up. I followed her movements making sure to lift my hand at the right time. We have been training for a good too hours and Lorelai was definitely getting worn out but she wouldn't admit it, I moved my arms down "up" I heard Lor breath out and then I felt the pain in my nose

"Oh shit" I snorted out the blood, watching it drip on the mat in front of me

"I'm sorry, sorry! I was just in the zone. I'm sorry" Lorelai quickly rushed to my side "put your head back" she told me, pushing my forehead back. I shook my head and tried to push it back down but she seemed to be stronger and kept my head back, I gagged feeling the blood trail slowly down my throat

"Ugh, I'm fine" I coughed out the blood and flem

"Sorry"

"Its cool" I told her "let's go home" I told her grabbing our bags from the corner of the room, we decided instead of splitting up in the changing rooms we will just shower at home.

Lorelai looked wearily around the dark car park as we walked towards the car "its fine" I sigh

"Its last day, I'm going to be paranoid!" She snapped at me as we got in the car, I quickly pulled the car out into the empty road

"What time is it?" I ask Lorelai, I didn't like that the roads were empty

"Umm" she looked at her phone "One thirty am, oh hey! The third day should technically be over now... Maybe they forgot!" She said excitedly

"Maybe" I mumbled. There was no way that Terry would forget, I looked in the mirror and saw a car behind us. It was gaining speed; it slowed down as it got closer and then stayed so close behind that if I braked it would have smashed into the back of me! I turned right

"Why are we going this...?”

"Just put your seatbelt on, Lor" I told her my eyes fixed on the car behind us, I took another right into a small road, and she twisted in her seat

“Chase! I think that person is following us!” she cried

“No shit” I deadpanned

“Chase! This is no time for your sarcasm! What are we going to do? Oh my god! This is my entire fault! Oh no… Chase!” I tried to block out Lorelai’s mini freak out as I concentrated on the road, trying to figure out a way of how to lose them, I quickly spun the car around so it was on the side of the road “Chase! This is illegal!” She screamed as I pushed the gas down and sped past the car following us.

I looked in my mirror and saw they had done the same as me, quickly cutting the corner I pushed the gas to go make the car go faster and faster, I sped down the quiet road before turning out in front of a car on the busy road, it swerved around me and beeped but I ignored it. I over took cars then slowed down trying to merge in with other cars “Oh my goodness! Chase! What the hell was that?!” Again she was screaming at me, I rolled my eyes.
