The Flash has established that there are several alternate universes in existence, all occupying the Multiverse. On the shows, these different universes are referred to as "Earths", although each universe is much bigger than just one planet. This story will feature the multiverse concept heavily – as our main characters don't all exist on the same Earth. For clarity, the following Earths will be seen:
· Earth-1 is the "main" universe. It is the home to Green Arrow, The Flash, the Legends of Tomorrow, and Vixen.
· Earth-38 is Supergirl's universe. It is home to Supergirl, Superman, Martians, and several other interstellar civilizations.
· Earth-2 is the sister universe to Earth-1. Many of its inhabitants are doppelgangers of inhabitants of Earth-1, and it seems to be an exercise in alternate history. It is home to Harrison Wells, STAR Labs, and Altantis.
The following Earths will only be seen in cameos:
· Earth-3 is known as the home of the real Jay Garrick. It will only be seen sparsely in this story and does not heavily factor into the plot.
· Earth-F will be known as the setting to the CBS's The Flash television series, which aired in the 1990s for one season. It has been alluded to before on The Flash. On this Earth, Barry Allen is the doppelganger of Earth-1's Henry Allen and Earth-3's Jay Garrick.
