"Mommy wake up". India yelled

I shot up looking around.

"What is it". I said

"Kinsey crying". She said rubbing her eyes

I sighed and got out of bed going to check on my daughter.

I went over to her crib and picked her up feeling her forehead.
Her face was red and was burning up while her little body was cold.

The doctor told me that since she's been sick lately and if she shows signs of a fever take her to the hospital before its too late.

I rushed around putting her bag together and got them dressed.

"India go wake your dad up". I said

She ran over to my room and somehow got Aubrey up quick and dressed.

I wrapped her in a blanket and walked downstairs grabbing my keys phone and wallet.

We all hurriedly went into the car and Aubrey sped off to the hospital.

We arrived at the hospital and I picked up Kinsey walking inside. I signed in and they nurses took Kinsey somewhere in the back.

I tried to follow but they said they needed to work on her first.
I sighed and sat down in the waiting room with India and Aubrey.

"Mommy pad". India said.

I took the iPad out my purse and gave it to her.

"What's going on". He said

"I think she just has a fever I went in and her face was burning up but her body was cold". I said holding his hand.

Aubrey rubbed his hand on my thigh calming me down.

"She's gonna be fine baby". He said.

I nodded and saw a nurse wave me over.

I got up and walked over to her.
"Well it seems like miss Kinsley will be just fine she just had a fever scare but she needs to take her medicine and it should blow over". She said.

"Okay can I see her". I said.

She nodded. "She's free to go here's a prescription for her medicine to help her fever".

I smiled. "Thank you".

I walked in the room and saw Kinsey laying in a bed.
She looked up at me and raised her arms. Spoiled much.

That was my baby so I gladly picked her up. She snuggled in my chest babbling a few words.

"Hi munchkin you feeling better". I said kissing her cheek.

"Ma juice". She said

"Okay hold on babe". I said walking out the room.

I went into the main lobby and went through my purse taking out her bottle.

"That was quick". He said.

"Yeah she just had a fever scare". I said.

Aubrey picked up India and we walked to the car.
