Monday again. I hate Mondays. Mum made me stay home last night after the boys left and she's given me strict instructions that I need to come home after school to spend time with her today.

I guess I should have seen this coming. Every day of my life she tried to get me to go out and make friends and now that I have, she misses the company. I'll have to make a deal with her where I spend a couple nights a week hanging out with her. That ought to put her at ease.

The morning goes how it usually does, and I greet the triplets with a kiss when I see them. They tease me through the first three classes, especially James and Harry. They're still pretty riled up over the marks Edward left on me and can't wait to get their hands and mouths on me.

By the time lunch comes around, I'm all squirmy and worked up and Edward just chuckles, and squeezes my hip right on the mark he gave me.

"You did a good job at covering up those marks," he mumbles in my ear as we walk into the cafeteria. "I do wish you'd show them off though baby, they look so good on you."

"If there wasn't so many of them and they weren't so dark, I might think about it," I tease, blushing and looking up at him with a smile.

"Is that so?" He asks with a smirk as we reach the table.

"Maybe," I wink at him then pull away and move to sit between Harry and James.

They lean in and kiss my cheeks at the same time, both placing a hand on my thigh. Conversation starts up around us and I put my focus on the food placed in front of me. After a few minutes a foot kicks mine under the table and I look up to see Louis wink at me then gesture over my shoulder with his head.

"There's your friends," he says with a smirk.

I turn my head to see the three girls from yesterday walking to a table behind us while glaring at me. I grin and wave at them and they scowl before turning and leaving the room.

"They really hold up the reputation of Plastics don't they," I tease and Louis chuckles.

"They've always been like that," he says, shaking his head as he looks down at his meal. "It's sad really."

"Why do you say that?" I ask, ignoring the silence that surrounds us. I'm sure everyone is surprised we are actually getting along.

"I just think it's a shame when people look to someone else for validation on themselves instead of looking inside," he says, looking up and meeting my eye. "Ya know."

"Yeah," I nod, a slow smile creeping on my face. I open my mouth to comment when my name is called over the PA system.

"Y/N Harriss, please report to the office."

I look around in confusion, meeting everyone's wide and confused expressions. "I wonder what that's about. Come with me Lou."

"Okay," he shrugs and stands up. I squeeze James' shoulder as I stand and ruffle Harry's hair as I pass them and walk with Louis out into the hall. "Why did you want me to come with you?"

"Because I want us to start over and be friends," I smile at him.

He chuckles and smiles at me, "I'd like that."

We round the corner to the office and I stop dead in my tracks, grabbing Louis's arm when I see who is standing there. It's my dad. Louis looks back at me with concern and I feel the blood drain from my face. "That's my dad."
