(Song: The Judge; Blurryface)
Once Josh left with his new drum supplies, my boss came back. We had more costumers throughout the day come in and look or buy a new instrument. My friend that works with me, Mark, is always working with people on the electronic instruments/technical stuff while I know about ukuleles and pianos. Maybe a little about bass, but that's someone else's job.
When my shift was over, I went back to my apartment and went inside. I sighed and sat down on the couch and turned on the TV. Yup, this is the life.
Stop trying to be funny.
"Jeez, sorry," I said aloud as I flipped through the channels.
"Who are you talking to?" A voice spoke up from behind me which made me jump up from my seat.
Two times in one day? Really Tyler?
My heart was racing but slowed down once I realized it was my annoying and very inappropriate best friend, Brendon.
"What are you doing in my house? How did you get in?" I asked a little upset.
He stood up from behind the couch with a smirk and ran a hand through his dark brown quiffed hair, "I have my ways,"
"C'mon Five-head," I taunted.
He replied with a glare, "Hey, let's not be rude, Tyleretta."
I rolled my eyes and sat back down as he jumped over the back of the couch and sat down next to me. Then I saw another taller, brown haired guy, Dallon, walk over and sit on the other side of me.
"You invited Dallon?" I asked Brendon. He just shrugged, "Yeah, why not?"
"We're here too," I heard a familiar voice say from the door. I turned around and saw my fedora wearing friend, Patrick, and his boyfriend, Pete. Patrick also has thick framed glasses with red hair while Pete dyed his blonde and has a lot of tattoos.
"Are we just having a party or what?" I asked looking at Brendon again.
"It's not a party without me!" Hayley exclaimed, popping out from behind my dining room table. Her bright orange hair caused everyone to watch her make her way over to the living room.
When will it end?
That's what I wonder about your life everyday.
"Is this everyone?" I asked and they all nodded before I continued, "Okay, so what are you guys doing here? It's not my birthday,"
"Confessions time!" Brendon shouted out pumping a fist in the air. I groaned.
"I hate doing this, I never have anything interesting happen to me,"
"It'll be fun, I'm sure something happened. Besides, it's more fun to do this in person rather than over video chat," Patrick spoke up.
We all got in a circle, them all forcing me to sit down on my own floor with Brendon to my right, then Dallon, Patrick, Pete, and Hayley was on my left side.
"Who wants to go first?" Pete said rubbing his hands together mischievously before thinking of who to pick to go first. He looked at Patrick next to him and he rolled his eyes.
"I don't have anything to confess," Patrick answered and Pete rolled his eyes.
"Fine then, who wants to go?"
"I think Brendon does," Dallon cut in and shoved Brendon. Brendon smirked and threw his arm lazily around his shoulders.
"We're dating!" He shouted out and we all whooped.
