/You might hate me after this chapter so if that happens, I'm going to say in advance: I'm very sorry, please don't hate me/We laid next to each other on the couch, Josh resting on his back and me resting my head on his stomach. Our heads were turned towards the TV, watching Criminal Minds. It reached the end and Josh spoke up, "I can't believe Thomas Gibson was fired,"
"Me either, it's never going to be the same without him," I spoke too as I started to sit up to go turn the TV off. Josh turned on the lamp at the same time so I could see then I went to go sit back down next to him as I yawned.
"Tired?" he asked and I nodded, even though it wasn't very late, only 9:30pm.
"We better get to bed-" I spoke now but Josh cut me off.
"But I'm not tired,"
"Well I am,"
I stood up and walked to the kitchen to grab my stuff but Josh stopped me again, "Wait,"
I looked at Josh and he made a pouty face with puppy eyes, "Don't go,"
I squinted my eyes, "Awe, you're cute, Joshy," I opened the door and gave him one more glance but with a fake smile this time, "bye!"
"You butt."
I closed the door behind me then stood there for a few seconds before I opened the door again to be met with those hazel eyes of his. I smiled and gave him a quick peck on the lips before I walked back inside and sat across from each other at the small table.
"Well, what do you want to do since you're 'so tired'?" Josh emphasized and I rolled my eyes.
"I don't know, play a game?"
"What game?"
I shrugged, "Maybe just ask each other questions." It was a stupid suggestion but I wasn't really in the mood for games.
"Okay, you go first,"
I thought for a second but then asked, "Why do you fall asleep with the lights on? I remember when we would share hotel rooms from traveling around, you would fall asleep with the lights on and it bothered me so much,"
"So what? You chew way to loud!" Josh shot back with a smile.
"I feel like you taste it better when you go after it,"
"It tastes worse to me when I hear it,"
We both chuckled before I continued on, "You don't fully dry off when you get out of the shower,"
"I let the natural air do its work," he shot back as if that was completely normal. It's not. At all.
"And I don't mean 'eh you didn't get a few spots', I mean you get out of the shower and you wrap a towel around yourself and put your tshirt on and it's sticking to you,"
"That's not true,"
"Yeah it is!"
"It doesn't stick to me," he mumbled.
"Look, I know I chew loud but you're wet!"
"But it's just so much work," he sighed dramatically.
"Change the subject because I'm tired of hearing about this, it's making my head hurt,"
He laughed loudly and I cracked a grin, "Worst song you've ever heard?"
"Oh, the worst song I've ever heard,"
"Yup, you also have to sing it,"
He ran a hand over his face, "Oh, um, the worst song I've ever heard is...I love every song, see that's the problem is I love all the songs, but the worst one I've ever heard was one that my sister was singing, she wrote it,"
