Hi guys! So Saving Him has finally ended and I actually kind of cried. It's been a long journey. I mean, I started writing this book I think August last year? And now it's August THIS year. Holy smokes, a year.

So before I start rambling on about this book idea came about and the reasons behind why I wrote this that and the other let me just say a HUGE HUGE THANK YOU to every single one of you who took the time to read this story. I know a lot of you don't vote or comment but I'm actually okay with that because the whole point of a book is for people to read it and enjoy. The number of votes and comments do not represent the worth of your book . (that's why I have like a Wattpad hit list of authors who demand votes and comments lmao).
But an extra big thank you for those who did comment and vote, God you guys are funny and have excellent music taste;) i just like comments cuz it lets me know if you guys like it or not lol.

I usually write about my personal experiences and the characters are usually based off people I know but this book was totally different. All the characters are people who I wished I knew. Back then anyway. Now that I'm at a new school I've met a lot of amazing people (and my best friend is called Katie!) so I guess in a way the characters are like my new friends.

I half wrote this story to raise awareness that even though a person appears to be happy, content with life and seems to have zero problems at all, they could be going through something. Looks can be deceiving and a lot can be hidden beneath a smile and a happy act. So be kind to people even if you don't like them, even if you think they don't deserve it. You don't know their backstory or their life. We need more kindness in this world.

Also some of you were upset about Tom (believe me I was too, he was always my favourite) but I had planned for this to happen since the very beginning. I've read stories on here (not gonna name names) about one of the main characters 'commiting suicide' or going into a coma, ending up in hospital blah blah blah but miraculously!1!1!1!1 surviving. And then the love of their life who was ignoring them before suddenly professes their love to them. Yuck no. Okay, so it makes a pretty good story line if you're into cheesy romantic stuff but that's not what happens in real life. In real life, unexpected things happen. People die. Even when you least expect it. So that's why.

Okay, props to those who actually read all of that shit. I think I accidentally bored myself to death. That was just in case any of you were curious about what inspired me and stuff idk. I apologise for wasting your time.
