Going Our Seperate Ways

Josh's Date

I woke up today with a smile on my face.Josh had told me the day before to get up early,the reason for I do not know and the more I asked the more he didn't budge. I got up, took a shower,brushed my teeth,etc..Strangely enough I tried to wear something I dont know special.The more I tried though the more I got irritated because all my clothes were almost the same.In the end I just wore me usual everyday clothes."We're just hanging out its not that he likes me and Lucas doesn't either they just feel bad."This is what I kept telling myself. I heard Joshs car honk and rushed outside but it was too late.Shawn was already their giving him the speech.I rolled my eyes, said goodbye and got into the car as fast as I could before dad got a chance to change his mind."So where are we going?"I asked trying to figure out what was the reason for being so mysterious.Needless to say I failed.He simply responded with a you'll see.

We drove for about to 30 minutes until we stopped at the amuesment park.I laughed."you know I'm not a little kid right?" He gave me a card but told me not to open it and stepped outside.

I waited a few minutes but in the end  my curiosity got the best of me.I opened the card and was surprised to see what was on it."I knew you'd read this. I guess I know you just as well as you know me (college party *wink). I know you like adventures so heres one just for you.Come find me and your present will be revealed you have until tonight.I have put clues all around the park in the form of song lyrics.First Clue: "If I was Jay-Z you'd be my beyonce we can rock the nation like they do ....so throw me away cuz if I was a boomerang I'd turn around and come back to you." I couldn't help but smile and I immediately began thinking of where my next possible clue could be.I carefully studied the clue. I had only taken me a few seconds before it hit me. I ran into the direction where I knew the next clue was waiting for me. Sure enough the second I got there I saw the next clue.Only problem was it was in the hand of the operater. I walked over to him tapped on the shoulder and explained the situation.He rubbed his head for a second but it seemed he had remembered something. He gave me the card and then a rose."see I would go through all this pain take a bullet straight through my.." .Carefully examining it I realized the word bullet and thought of the silver bullet rollercoaster.I ran over but didn't see the clue anywhere until I looked across and saw a woman motion for me to go to her. She asked if I was Cluterbucket and whenI confirmed she pulled me into her store.She gave me a bag and told me not to worry about it.Inside was a beautiful dress and I couldn't help but blush a little.The next clue was also there.

It was obvious to me had put a lot of thought into planning today. I now had a necklace with a quote for your family , a picture from photobooths of him making silly faces, a lot a lot of clothes, and 15 roses.I had just gotten to the the spaceship when a little boy began tugging on sweater.I got on my knees and from behind his back he gave me another rose with a CLUE!I kissed the little boy on the cheek and he ran off towards his mom. "You have almost finished.Only thing left is for you to find me. Here it is:"I came to dance dance dance I hiy the floor cuz thats my plans plans plans." This one confused me . There was no ride I could think of and it was getting late. I begin to run everywhere and I pull out a map of the park.I put a mark everywhere I've been and hoped for the best. I was really excited when I noticed on the Special Events section had a live concert on it.I sprinted as fast as I could being careful with my gifts. 

When I arrived there was a giant crowd so I elbowed my way through it. When I got to the front my jaw dropped open. Josh was on stage .....singing. When he noticed me he placed his hand out and pulled me on stage with him."THIS SONG IS FOR YOU MAYA"he said through the mic.

"I think you're perfect baby even with your flaws...."he sang as he walked towards me.

"you ask what I like about you ooooo I love it alllll."his voice was amazing.I felt my heart pound faster and faster in my chest. At the end of the song he pulled me in and gave me another rose only this one said"one rose for every year you were born." I noticed he was moving in closer and closer and i don't know why but I turned my head and he kissed my cheek.All I could do was smile and hug him.The crowd continued to cheer so Josh and I sang for the rest of the night!!Today was an amazing day and when he dropped me off I gave him a kiss on the cheek and said"hmmm now we're even." Before entering the house running my room and covering my face with pillows.
