          If you're reading this now, I might be dead already. How did I die? Well, ever since our breakup, I started to faint every now and then. I checked up to a doctor and was actually diagnosed with cancer. He said I got cancer due to depression. He said I only have 3 months left to live. That's estimated. But every time I go to the park, I see you with a ginger headed girl which I assumed your current girlfriend. I cried on my room or maybe anywhere as long as I'm alone. It got worse. I'm having fever recently and I was also asthmatic. Difficulty in breathing it was again, due to depression. With it getting worse, my time is getting shorter and shorter. Yesterday was my last day. I'm sorry. I lied again to you. But I figured you wouldn't care since you think of me as your ex lover and a liar. I'm sorry, I still love you
