This realm in which you stay,
Can you show me the way?
I need to be with you,
every night and every day...
My soul craves your presence,
my heart wants to sing you praises!
As I open my eyes and close them shut, I hope to stare at you, face to face.
You're the one that cares for me,
The shepherd of this sheep..
supplying me with light on this darkness,
giving water when I thirst, leading me to green pastures, keeping me safe from wolves that devours!
The one that gives me strength to help me cope,
inside this world of misery and uncertainty.
Why can't I be with You,
instead of in this land where it needs me not?
