I woke up to Jerome softly snoring with his arm lightly draped around my waist.
He started to stir in his sleep "Im sorry YN I have to go.. My mom sh-she.."
He started to grimace so I started to try and wake him up.
"No mom dont.... Don't LEAVE ME."
"Romeo , ROMEO PLEASE WAKE UP"
He just kept on shaking and shouting about his mom. He pulled me closer to him and I stroked his face trying to wake him up again. I lightly kissed his forehead
He opened his eyes slowly and looked at me with pain in his eyes.
"What's happened Romeo.."
He looked at me for a second before replying. "I could say the same to you. What happened with you lay night?"
He sat up and ran a hand through his short, curly hair.
" um.. I-"
I was cut off by a phone call from Sydnee. "One sec."
He sighed but nodded and climbed out of the tree house.
"Hello.."
"Heyyy. There is a party tonight and we are going k?"
I laughed a little. "Alright"
"Yayy! I want you to meet this guy I really like."
"Kk.''
"I'll come over around 6 so we can get ready. The party is at 9. "
"Okey dokey. Peace home skillet"

I started to walk outside to meet up with Jerome when my phone buzzed again. This time it was Jaden.
"Hey.."
"WHERE ARE YOU? ARE YOU OKAY-"
"Jaden calm down I've been with Jerome."
"DOING WHAT? WHY ARE YOU WITH HIM?"
"what- we are just hanging out that's all"
"WHY COULDN'T YOU HANG WITH ME?"
"YOU WERE WITH FRIENDS. WHAT ELSE WAS I SUPPOSED TO DO BE BORED?"
"I DONT CARE AS LONG AS YOU ARENT WITH ANOTHER BOY DOING THINGS I DONT KNOW ABOUT!"
"WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT WE DID NOTHING!"
"HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO KNOW THAT? FOR ALL I KNOW YOU COULD HAVE LOST YOUR VIRGINITY TO HIM!"
"BUT I DIDNT. YOU NEED TO TRUST ME."
"ARE YOU EVEN A VIRGIN?"

"Everything okay..?"
His voice made me jump a little. "Yea I guess so."
"Come on ill take you home. But I still want to know about last night."
"I could say the same about this morning."
Jerome chuckled and started to walk away from my house. "Bye baby girl."
"Bye Romeo!"
I walked inside and Jaden was right there.
"We need to talk!"
"There's nothing to talk about..."
"Yes there is. What did you guys do last night? why do you hang with him so much? why were you even with Jerome?"
