We were about half way into Don't Breathe. Avery dumb ass was screaming at unnecessary parts.

"Shut the fuck up!" Everybody yelled.

"My bad, damn," she said.

"It's not even scary," I said.

"Shut up and hug Trent," she said.

Trent chuckled.

"What's funny nigga?" I asked.

"You hugged up on me," he said.

I quickly sat up, realizing I was laying on him a little bit.

"Oh, my..."

"Haha! Told you she liked him! We already confirmed that when they kissed though," Taj said.

"Y'all did what?!" Splat said.

"Shhh, the movies on!" I whispered, pointing to the TV.

"Y'all something else," he sad, sitting back.

"For real though, why y'all just won't go together?" Ross asked.

I paused the movie. Then I turned and looked at him.

"Do you not know how to be annoying?" I asked.

"She asking you that cause she like him," Cameron said.

"Whatever," I said. Then the doorbell rang.

"I got it," D said, getting up. I heard the front door open, some mumbling, then it closed back.

He returned in the living room with a box in his hand.

"Alaya here you go," he said.

I got up, a little confused and lowkey scared. Ion know what was in that box.

I took it from him then looked at him with concern.

"Go head. Open it," he said.

I got a kitchen knife and stabbed the box, not deep thought. I ripped the box open from there.

"Damn! She the incredible Hulk!" Sauce said.

I mocked him, with a squeaky voice. Then I turned back to the ripped box and removed the paper.

I gasped at what I saw.

"You like 'em?" He asked.

I was speechless. I can't believe he actually got me the 'Elephant Print' foam posites.

"But..I told you not to," I said.

"Yeah, well, I got them anyway."

"D I can't take these," I said.

"You better take them goddamn shoes, girl!" Aysa yelled.

"Why not?" D asked, with a confused smirk.

"Because.." I like Trent.

I didn't say that out loud though.

"I don't like taking stuff from people. I'm sorry you spent all that money. I'll pay you back, I promise," I said.

"You'on need to. You good," he said. He left the shoes on the counter, and with that, he walked to the front door, opened it, and left out. I turned back to everybody else and pointed at the front door.

"That nigga got issues," Taj said, in a matter of fact voice.

I shrugged and sat back down beside Trent. When I did, he pulled my face to his and kissed me.
