"Chis stop it..." I giggled as he placed me on the bed in our bedroom.
"Haha, it's not my fault you're as light as a feather," he chuckled, looking down at me.
"I need to get ready, we're visiting my parents tonight and you know my mom will be so upset if we're late." I groaned, sitting up and fixing my newly done hair.

"Babe, we're always late," he grinned as he took a seat on the bed.
"True, but that's why we need to be early." I smiled back, as I picked up my simple black dress with a pair of sparkly high heels. I quickly slipped on the dress and heels, before fixing my makeup for dinner. Tonight was Chris' and I's anniversary and mom wanted to have a big dinner with friends and family.
"Well you look beautiful," he smiled, pecking my cheek as I did my makeup at my vanity table.
"I'll be done in a few, so you should put on your dress shoes." I sighed, while applying a simple nude lipstick.
"I would like to thank everyone for coming to dinner and helping celebrate my five wonderful years with Ms. Ally Parkerson. Though there were many rough bumps in the beginning, we continuously found our way back to each other and it just showed me how perfect we were together. I am absolutely in love with this young women and cannot wait for the day she can become my fiance and later on my wife-" Chris paused mid- speech, pushing his seat back and getting on one knee.
I felt tears begin to fill my eyes, as I looked at him. Deep down everyone knew this day was coming, we'd always talked about a future together and even though we were only 22 years old, I knew that I loved him and he loved me.
"Ally Parkerson, will you do me the honor of being my wife?"
A chocked laugh escaped my lips, as I nodded vigorously letting him slide the ring onto my finger.
