Skip to the weekend (sorry for the large time skip)

Niall POV

It was now the weekend, and I thanked God for it. This past week has been such a mess and I'm glad it was all over, I can now relax, drama free. I haven't been talking to anyone at all, beside my family, but even that was minimum. My heart still ached for Leah, it was stupid of me to still be heartbroken when she cheated on me with one of my  best friends. I let her use me, manipulate me, she even made me believe everything she said about everyone, especially her sister. I was so rude to her, and knowing that she had feelings for me made me feel so much worse.

I haven't seen her much around school, or anywhere for the matter since the fight with that prick. To think I trusted him with everything and did so much for him, I should've known. I need to stop thinking about the past, it will just mess me up more, and I really did not need that right now.

In order to relieve all my stress with everything that managed to be involved with it, my older brother had told me about this cafe. He said it was really nice, with nice people to make friends with and it was a relaxing place which is what I need. I followed his directions on where to go, but it wasn't really necessary since phones have maps and a GPS, but I thanked Greg a lot for it. At least he was trying to help me out of this misery even if he wasn't at home.

You have arrived at your destination.

Guess I'm here.

The cafe was no Starbucks, in a good way. It was small and had it uniqueness that made it stand out. Looked sort of vintage and it had a nice vibe from the outside.

I sighed and went inside the cafe, immediately being welcomed by the strong smell of coffee. I looked around and the few people that were near minded their own business. The place was peaceful, and I had a feeling it would help me relax a little and forget about everything for a while.

I walked up the counter to order a coffee, not really knowing what to get.

"Hi, what can I get ya?" The guy in front of me said, his name tag reading Harry.

"Uh, can I get a medium coffee?" I took out my wallet.

"You mean a grande?" He raised his eyebrow.

"Huh?" I questioned.

"I'm messing with you, we don't do that cup size shit." He chuckled and I did to. It was true, the Starbucks cup sizes were weird.
"Would that be it?" I nodded in response. "Name?"

"I, uh, Niall." I nervously said, even at being close to becoming an adult, I still got nervous and awkward when ordering.

"Nice name, my really good friend told me about someone with that name. Anyways, that would be 2.50."

I gave him a 5 and he gave me back my change. This dude seemed cool, way better than Justin for sure.

"I'll go get your coffee."

I sat down in the nearest table to the counter, wanting to get my coffee so I could sit back in the back of the cafe and be by myself.

"Neil!" I heard Harry yell. It's Niall.

"It's Niall." I corrected.
