Part 9

Both maan and geet started working together. Geet made it clear to maan that she only wanted to maintain a professional relation with him. geet always admired maan's way of work and his dedication towards his work, how much busy he may be but maan used to care for geet checking her in between. geet also know about maan caring for her so much but she didn't made it clear as it was soothing to her broken heart.

Maan and Geet decided to throw a party from the side of both KC and HH for achieving the project and the preparations were being made for the party. both maan and geet divided the work that they have to monitor , geet decided to go and meet the caterer by herself so that she can give a detailed information of how they wanted the food and what type of cuisines they want. But the place was far and it is in the other end of the city geet went there without informing maan as he was out to check the venue, she just informed adi that she is going to the caterer. when maan returned to office he went towards geet's cabin to check on her to know did she had her lunch or not but he didn't find her and went towards adi and asked him about geet and knowing she went to meet the caterer he went back to his cabin as maan thought that geet went there with the driver. In the evening when maan was about to leave the office he saw geet's driver chatting with the watchman he thought she returned back but again thought to ask him once when he got to know that geet went alone there he was very much angry on her and tried to call her but the phone was not reachable he tried calling her n number of times but the response was same and maan couldn't wait there anymore and went from there towards the direction of the place geet went, he was getting many bad thoughts while driving, he also remembered how geet was troubled on the night they first met. he only prayed of her safety and drove the car as fast as he could, there he saw a car that was dashed to a tree and a person trying to check the engine upon reaching there he saw that it was none other than geet. He breathed a sigh of relief seeing her. he parked his car side to her's and went towards her and hugged her at once to make sure she is fine and cupped her face and kissed her forehead

m: thank god geet you are fine. i was so tensed not finding you.

geet was shocked when she was hugged but relaxed seeing maan but was also surprised to him this much tensed and the emotions that eyes portray for her.

g: maan i am fine.

m: are you mad geet how can you come alone to this end of the city which is more dangerous (in a angry tone)

g:geet didn't liked the tone maan used and spoke in the same tone you no need worry so much mr.khurana .

m: how can i not worry geet your phone is also not reachable (in a little soft tone)

g: why do you have to bother about me , whom i am to you (in the same tone she used earlier)

m:whom you are to me yahi sun na chahti ho na then listen geet you are my everything i cannot live without you geet you are my sole reason to live you are the person with whom i can live happily. I LOVE YOU GEET.

g: how can you love me maan(with a week smile) a person who stooped too low, a person whose face you dont even want to see a person whom you regretted even meeting.

listening to her words maan was numb he didnt say anything because geet was not even in a position to think anything she was completely living in the past of that night. he didnt speak anything just dragged geet with him and made her sit in the car and drove to hh to drop geet there. geet got down the car and went towards her home without speaking anything or looking at maan, it pained him alot to see her walking away from him. he thought to make it upto her and thoght a plan and told himself

m:i will definitely make everything alright geet whenever you think of our past you will not become sad i will make sure that i can erase the memory of that night.

next day

when geet went to office she was informed that maan was not well and did not attend the office and adi told her that she has to discuss the party details with maan as it is nearing with no option left geet thought of going to KM she didnt went there after that night when she entered inside everything was so silent as none were there when she opened the door it was pitch dark inside and she switched on the lights and was shocked to see that the hall was completely decorated with their portraits the was with their having go gapps, their making cake for dadi's birthday, both of the playing video games, and geet playing with kids in the park completely belonged to them and some are sketched pics like maan helping geet in her project all their happy moments are around geet . there are also her pics from London seeing which geet was shocked. Each pic describing the feeling of maan in writing below it.

the pic having gol- gapps- This is the first time i maan sing khurana had something like that on road but nothing can replace the moments i shared with the angle of ma life.

maaneet close pic on dadi' birthday: this is the first time i felt some feelings for my misty.

playing video games: the best time i enjoyed a lot with the special person of my life.

geet's pic from london: this time i miss my misty very much as i am not able to be with her on her birthday.

And so on all the feelings of maan were infront of geet reading which she felt hot tears burning her eyes and whn she turned around she saw maan kneeling down on his knees holding his ears and asking her sorry.

geet at once run into his arms and hugged him tight hiding herself in his arms.

m: i am so sorry to hurt a lot misty, i was a jerk to do so. i know what type of feeling you have while coming here i just wanted to erase the memories of that night where it happened in the same place so i wanted to truly and from the bottom of my heart want to ask sorry plz forgive me.

g: i forgive you maan, i truly do my heart actually forgave you a long time ago seeing your concern and care for me but my mind is not able to do. and thank you so much for replacing all my nightmares with beautifully maan, where did you collected all our pics.

m: actually all these pics are with me , these pics are my solace and my companions in your absence.

listening to him geet hugged him and cried feeling his pain.

m: plz misty dont cry i dont want to see tears in your eyes.

both maan and geet enjoyed their day in the KM like olden times playing video games, making food for themselves as maan gave holiday for every worker and sent dadi to HH maaneet got whole house for themselves enjoying a lot both decided to go out on a long drive on their return geet saw ice cream and asked maan to buy and maan bought her chocolate cone which was his fav too. they both got down the car and sitting on the car bonnet had their ice creams. like always geet spread ice cream around her mounth and the sight tempted maan alot and he moved towards geet who was startled seeing him near him and later blushed and seeing her blush maan kissed the corner of her lips

m: i love you so much geet, plz never go away from me.

in response geet just captured his lips giving her answers though maan was first shocked but responded to it in equal passion.
