What Is The Thing

"Everyone! We must gather around!"
Elrohir announced.
Elves, Hobbits, few men and few dwarves gathered around Aragorn.
All of them were so anxious to see what he had to say.
Aragorn waited for everyone to come.
As he did he thought of what he was going to say.
How do I say this...
He started to get nervous.
As everyone gathered around him he started to get hot.
He felt strange.

Once everyone was there.
The ones that he needed anyways.
Aragorn took in a deep breath then began to speak.
"Thank you all, for coming. I know it was very unexpected, and some of you have traveled from far away. The thing that I made you all come here for was..."
There was complete silence.

Everyone looked at Aragorn strangely.
"Well what is it?"
Esmerelda asked.
"Uh..."
Aragorn had a lump in his throat.
He was trying to say what he needed to say but it didn't come out.
"I've gathered you all here to tell you that, I need some of you to go uh..."
Aragorn wasn't making any sense.
"Aragorn, you aren't making sense."
Legolas said.
"Alright, I just need you all to find something for me. It's very valuable, to me and I lost it. It's somewhere on Middle Earth, but I do not know where. I need search parties."
Aragorn said awkwardly.

"Then why were we dancing and stuff awhile ago? Were we celebrating about how you lost something?"
Losider said.
"It was just for fun, I still had another guest I needed to come before I told you all what I gathered you here for."
Aragorn explained.
"Why did you have us go from the Shire to Mirkwood?"
Merry asked.
"I couldn't have guests here until a certain day, Elrond was having his annual chess convention at the time. So I made Gandalf take you to Mirkwood, then back here."
Aragorn said.

"What did you lose Aragorn? And how did you lose it?"
Legolas asked.
"It looks like this,"
Aragorn handed Legolas a piece of paper with a strange looking object on it.
"And a big mean bird took it from me, and it looked like the bird had a rider."
Aragorn finished.
"How in Middle Earth are we supposed to find it now?"
Esmerelda asked.

"I don't know, that's why I thought we could all split up! Great Idea, don't you think?"
Aragorn said, feeling wise in the moment.
Everyone stared at him.

"We'll help you Aragorn, but it may take awhile."
Thaladir told him.
"I can wait."
Aragorn said.
Everyone looked at each other.
"How many groups will we split into?"
Legolas asked.

"We'll have four groups, since there's twenty four of us. Six in each group, one will have seven. I'll assign groups."
Aragorn said.
Legolas nodded.

"I need all elves over here, hobbits here, men here, dwarves there, and Gandalf you stand there. There will be a leader for each group."
Everyone was in their groups and Aragorn chose wisely.

"Gandalf, you will lead a group. Thaladir you will lead a group. Legolas you will lead a group, and I will lead a group."
Each of them stepped forward by Aragorn.
Aragorn named each group.
"Group one, which is Gandalf. You will be Staff. Group two, which is Thaladir. You will be Axe. Group three, which is Legolas. You will be Bow. Group four, which is my group. We will be Sword. Everyone got it?"

Everyone nodded their heads.
Aragorn walked over to the elves.
He started to send them to their groups.
"Elrohir, you go to Staff. Theafandir, you go to Axe. Losider, go to Bow. Arvendir, go to Sword."
Aragorn assigned each elf.

After Aragorn had assigned everyone to their group, they all waited for him to tell them what to do.

Group Staff: Leader Gandalf

Elrohir, Milia, Merry, Grinila, and Gimli.

Group Axe: Leader Thaladir

Theafandir, Laineth, Pippin, Listal, and Fili.

Group Bow: Leader Legolas

Losider, Eärna, Frodo, Prisca, Kili, and Livian.

Group Sword: Leader Aragorn

Arvendir, Merilwen, Sam, Esmerelda, and Ithilwen.

"When are we leaving?"
Thaladir asked.
"We'll leave really early in the morning, everyone must stay with their groups."
Aragorn said.
Thaladir nodded.
Everyone was in their group, they found a place to sleep.
And everyone fell asleep.
When the sun would rise, they would leave to find Aragorn's missing object.
