I'm the type of dude who will not remain nameless

I'm the type of dude who is headed for greatness

I'm the type of dude who can really make changes'

Cause I'm the type of dude that's becoming contagious

I'm the type of dude that will always be ageless

I'm the type of dude that will always feel shameless

I'm the type of dude that they say is fucking heinous

Cause I'm the type of dude that you know is fucking dangerous

Jason couldn't help but grin. Something about Skylar intrigued him. It may have been the way she marched her tight ass out of the kitchen, or just simply the mystery surrounding her relation to this family.

Evelyn sighed. "Sorry about that." She smoothed out her hair with a smile. "Let's move to the living room, it's much more comfortable."

Jason nodded and followed her. "How come you never mentioned you have a sister?" Jason plopped down into a leather sofa.

Evelyn swallowed. "Jason..."—she slowly lowered herself onto the opposite corner of the sofa— "I would prefer not to discuss Skylar. Please don't tell me that's the reason you're here?"

Jason shook his head. "No."

Evelyn inhaled deeply and her smile returned. "Good. Because I want to assume, you're here to see me." She winked.

Jason chuckled. I hope I don't regret this. "Right...I came to drop off some papers,"—her smile vanished— "but, now that I am here, I wanted to ask if you would accompany me to the Frost benefit?"

"Of course, I will." Evelyn scooted closer. "Thank you for asking me. Mother will be so happy about this."

Jason frowned. He didn't like the sound of that. "Win-win." Jason stood and took a step towards the door. "Unfortunately, I have to get to the office."

Evelyn jumped up. "Do you want to go for coffee on Wednesday?"

"Oh, that sounds, lovely." Lara came waltzing in. "Or better yet—"

"No, Wednesday is good. Just me and Evelyn...catching up, sounds good. I really am running late to the office." Jason nodded goodbye and headed to the door.

He froze in the foyer when he saw Skylar holding the front door open.

"Well, are you going or staying?" She motioned to the door.
