JAWAHIR'S P.O.V

I went straight back home with million thoughts roaming in my head.
I wonder why saif is happy,
The sudden change in his mood and behavior scares me.
"JAWAHIR! , where have you been last night" asked mum sounding a bit worried,
That's when I realized that I have reached home.
"Mum" I gasped falling into her arms.
"Are you ok, "she asked
I sobbed.
"Jawahir, what's wrong my dear tell me , am here for you" said my loving mother.
"No , nothing is wrong" I said wiping off my tears.
"Jawahir jabir khulaid don't you ever dare lie to me "said mum bluntly.
"No , am really ok,
It's just that I miss you much " I lied.
"Awwn, I have forgotten my little baby isn't grown up "teased mum.
"Mum", I whined
"Yes dear.."
"I have to go get ready for college".

In less than 2hours ,
I was all dress up and ready to go,
I managed to hide my tired looking eyes and pale face behind make up, indeed there's nothing a good concealer can't do.

I tried to talk to saif all day but he kept behaving as if I do not exist,
I followed him up and down ignoring what people might say about me , let me say I thought but I was still invincible to saif , he snubbed me through out.
I reduced my pace to listen to the group of girls scooping about me.
"I tell you , this girl has lost it".
"Yesterday she made a mockery of her self , she proposed to a guy who wasn't interested in her,"says a mean looking girl
"Yes, and now that he has rejected her , she remembers that she has a boyfriend" chirp in her friend.
Why am I hurt by their words , all they said was the truth,
I did betrayed saif's, how on earth do I expect saif , to forgive me as if nothing had happened I thought, as simultaneous tears drop down my cheeks.
Look at her, snearled one of the girls.
"And what if she does that , how is it your problem? , God knows what worst you have done.Instead of doing what brought you to college, you are busy gossiping about others" said saif defending me.
I felt a chill, knowing he still cares.
"Saif " I call out,
But he left me standing.
I wince through his direction but I couldn't maintain the same pace as him.
"Saif "I called out , he turned but his mouth was wide open, yelling something, I was flying in the air and my eyes closed

Saif's p.o.v ;

What on earth have I done , it's all my fault that she got hit by that car. Stop I bang the car ,
"Jawahir open your eyes ".
"Please jawahir" , I beseeched her.
"You see , is your saif " I said putting her hands over my face.
Am here,
"I love you , am here open your eyes" I yelled.
We rushed jawahir to the hospital.
I called aunt labiba, and stood outside waiting patiently for the doctor.
Doctor, I called out as he walked out of the icu.
"Is she ok ",I asked nervously.
The doctor looked down ,
No please , say something I shook the doctor.
"Am sorry but she's no more" says the doctor.
Tears began to fall down my eyes and the next thing I know, I had no control over my self , everything went dark and I fainted.
Get the stretcher I heard them said as everything went blur before my eyes shot close.
