This is going to take place after everyone went to college and Stiles goes back to Beacon Hills.

Stiles Pov

I had just graduated from the Police Academy.  The school was about two hours away from Beacon Hills.  My dad had hired me at the Beacon Hills police station and I couldn't turn it down.  I missed him so much and I am one of the few people that actually knows what has been going on for the last few years.  What people don't know is that I may be a police officer, but a couple years ago I convinced Mr. Argent to train me to find the supernatural.  I want to keep people safe and away from the supernatural.

I was on my way back in my Jeep.  Yes I still drove my piece on junk of a Jeep, but I just couldn't get rid of it.  I am, however, going to trade it in once I get back into town.  I have been saving up for a new Jeep for a long time.  I had finally passed the Welcome to Beacon Hills sign and I would be home in no time.  I was going to be staying with my dad until I could find an apartment of my own, but of course that won't be until after I buy my new Jeep.  I wanted to see how much money I had left over and by that time anyways I should have a few pay checks in hopefully.  Once I got home it was really late and my dad was already asleep.  I was really tired myself and once I got up to my room and my head hit the pillow I was out like a light.

*Skip to a few weeks later*

I was working on a case at the police station.  My dad gave me a desk inside his office so we could talk privately on the stuff that I was often investigating on.   My dad had just called me about someone going into the hospital with really deep claw marks on their body and he thinks it could be a werewolf.  So I got out of my chair and headed to my police car that I was given for the job.  Once I was in my car I drove over to the hospital.  My dad said Melissa will be waiting for me in the morgue.  The guy I was going to look at had died from blood loss due to the attack.  The hospital wasn't that far of a drive from the police station.  It took about 10 minutes and then I had arrived and park in the parking lot, making my way through the sliding doors and passed the lady at the front desk.  I went to the elevators and pressed the down button.  When the doors opened I walked in and pressed the button for the basement and waited.  When the doors opened again I was greeted by Melissa and a girl with (h/l)(h/c) hair and (e/c) eyes.  She was in a nurses outfit like Melissa has on.  I looked at Melissa and she hugged me instantly.

"Gosh I have missed you so much!  Scott just got back into town yesterday and is going to work at the vet again with Deaton. He decided to become a veterinarian. How about you stop by the house tonight and have dinner with us?"  Melissa asked me while walking towards the morgue with the other girl following behind me.

"Yes.  I would love to!  Thank you!  So can you tell me what you have found so far and who is this?"  I asked looking at the girl who was in the corner.  All she did was smile at me.

"Oh! Right.  That is (y/n)(l/n).  She is a new nurse here and you don't have to worry about her.  She knows about the supernatural."  The girl (y/n) sticks out her hand for me to shake.  I stretch out my hand and shake hers.  I want to ask her how she knows about the supernatural, but that isn't really any of my business, plus I need to get back onto this case.

"So the guys name is John Brown.  He is 42 years old and is technician.  He was found in the woods this morning.  There are deep claw marks on his chest and back.  From the looks of it he was attacked by something tall and big with large claws."  Melissa told me.

"They look like claw marks from a"  I was cut off by the girl in the corner.

"Werewolf?  Yes, but not just any kind of werewolf.  We call them night howlers.  They are bigger than werewolves and in some cases stronger.  They can't control themselves on a full moon like a werewolf can.  Werewolves can learn how to gain control while night howlers can't.   Most don't even know that they're a night howler because they can't shift.  I can be you whoever did this isn't even aware of what they did."  I looked at her in confusion.  I have heard of night howlers before, but they were said to be a myth, but yet again so was everything supernatural.  Nothing surprises me anymore.  The thing that I want to know is how she knows so much about them.  I don't even know that much about night howlers other than they're like a werewolf.

"How do you know so much about them?  I didn't even know that and I am specialized about everything supernatural."  I asked her, while walking up to her.

"No time for that.  You need to go out there and catch that night howler.  Tonight is another full moon and if you don't catch him tonight you'll have to wait until the next full moon."  After she said those things she leaned to the right and looked at Melissa.  They nodded their head at each other and (y/n) walked out of the morgue.

"What just happened?  How does she know so much about them?"  I turned around and looked at Melissa and then at the dead body.

"You'll find out soon, but my shift is about to end.  How about we head back up to the first floor and I will meet you back at my house for dinner."  I nodded my head and we headed to the elevators and to the first floor.  I couldn't get that girl out of my head.  Especially one thing.  How does she know so much about night howlers.
