Chapter 15

It's been two days since the mission. Jaime sigh while Conner was stretching his arms. They manage to get out of the island and they reported to Bruce what happen. Bruce wasn't happy about the news but told the team they did good. They have been trying to find the Sirens and Blockbuster but they were hiding real good.

Conner sigh and sat down on the couch annoyed that the villains got away but mostly Catlad and his family. Jaime was looking at the flower petal that save them from the dirt and smile.

"Poison Sumac save us. At least he cares. " Jaime said while looking at Conner who smile.

"Yeah. You got a chance their Jaime. " Conner said supporting his friend.

Then Conner phone started to ring making him groan. He wasn't really in the mood to talk. He got his phone out and answer it.

"What! " he growled while pinching his nose.

"Uhh..bad timing? " Tim said sadly.

Conner gasp and sat up straight catching Jaime and Cassie attention.

"Shit Tim. I am sooo sorry. I didn't check the caller idea. Fuck I am sorry. " Conner groan while pulling his hair back.

Conner heard Tim chuckle softly and waited.

"It's okay. Anyways what got you so grumpy Mr. Grumpy pants. " Tim said making Conner smile.

"Ughh thing went wrong for my family. " Conner said while looking at Cassie make gaga eyes with Jaime laughing.

"Oh. Is your family alright. " Tim said sounding worried.

"Yeah. We work things out. " Conner smiled loving how Tim worried about him and his family (which were his team).

Conner heard Tim chuckle.

"That's good to hear. " Tim said making Conner smile.

"Anyways what are you doing today? " Conner said while leaving the living room.

Cassie was to busy telling Jaime on ways to get Poison Sumc while Jaime wave bye to Conner.

"Nothing much. My brother out and my mother is busy. Why? " Tim said to Conner.

"I was wondering if you like to go out today. " Conner said going inside his room and putting his phone on speaker.

"What do you have in mind. " Tim said.

"There a fair close by. Want to go with me? " Conner said while taking his black shirt off and putting a dark blue long sleeves shirt and putting some black pants on.

"Yeah. What time should we meet up and where? " Tim said making Conner hear movement.

"Around 5:00p.m at Bibbo's Diner. " Conner said while grabbing his phone and his jacket.

"Okay meet you there handsome. " Tim chuckle and hung up.

Conner smiled and left his room.

~Bibbo's Diner~

Conner was waiting at Bibbo's's Diner and spotted Tim running.

"Sorry I'm late. My aunt wouldn't stop messing with my hair. " Tim smiled making Conner smile but frown.

"What happen here? " Conner ask while softly moving Tim face to see his right cheek.

"Oh. That. I got a scratch from a mental stick that was pointing out. " Tim said not saying a lie.

Conner sigh and kiss Tim's cheek.

"Be careful next time, Tim. " Conner said reaching his hand out for Tim to grab who happily did.

They walk to the fair which wasn't far and Tim smiled. They went inside and started having fun with games and rides. What they didn't know was that Poison Sumc wasn't a far from them.

"Ughh stupid Tim leaving me to handle this myself. " Bart sigh while kicking a can.

Venus made noise making Bart  sigh.

"Fine fine. Whatever. Let's get this over with. " Bart said while jumping inside a vent.

Bart kick down the vent and landed onto of a hug plant and made the plant lean to the security system. Bart disabled the system and smirk when the lasers went off.

"But it is fun stealing things yourself. " Bart chuckle and landed on the floor.

"That's what you think. "

Bart gasp and twirl around but smiled happily.

"Blue your alive! " Bart said about to hug Jaime but stop. "..uh I mean. Your alive? How? "

Venus chuckle making Bart groan and smack his face.

"Yes I'm alive Sumac...thanks to you. "Jaime smiled sweetly while walking close to Bart who gasp and walk back.

"Hehee what do you mean. I didn't do anything. I ran away from you guys remember. I wanted you guys dead. " Bart gasp when he bump into the wall and look forward to see Jaime in front of him now with his arms blocking him from getting away.

"Poison Sumac you lying...." Jaime said softly while leaning forward.

"B-Blue I-I..." Bart said blushing deep red and closing his eyes.

Jaime kiss Bart who put his hands on Jamie's shoulder and lean closer to Jaime while he wrap his hands around Brat's waist. Jaime deepen the kiss and Bart moan and held on Jaime while he was in control. When Jaime pulled back he smiled and look at Bart who was daze.

"I love you Poison Sumac. " Jaime said making Bart blush.

"I-I..WATCH OUT!!! " Bart gasp and push Jaime out the way just to get tackle by someone and breaking the wall.

"POISON SUMAC!!! " Jaime gasp and ran to the broken wall to see Bart hanging with Venus holding him and the ledge with her vines.

"Venus!! " Jaime help the plant and put her on his shoulder and held an unconscious Bart in his arms.

When Jaime heard Venus growl he look up and saw Two face, and his men. The one that tackle Bart was on the roof laugh. Jaime growled and jump off the build and flew away.

"GET POISON SUMAC!!! " Two face yelled watching his men start their jet packs.

"Shit. " Jaime cruse and flew not knowing that he was heading the fair where Conner and Tim were having there date.

Conner laugh when Tim hit the guy in the face with a pie. Tim laugh and hand one to Conner.

"Give it a try. Join the dark side hahaa." Tim joke making Conner laugh.

"With you of course. " Conner purred and grab the pie and hit the guy. "Yes. "

Tim laugh while Conner smirk but frown when he heard people screaming. Tim also heard and turn around just too.

"What's going on? " Tim said stepping close to Conner.

"I don't know...Let's check it out. " Conner said and ran forward with Tim behind.

People were running and scream and Conner and Tim finally made it and gasp. There was Blue Beetle blocking each bullet with his shield while Venus was grabbing the men with her vines.

"Is that...no. " Tim gasp when he spotted his brother unconscious in Blue beetle arm.
