It was 12 days before Christmas and the boys had been at Sutton's a week now. She mostly stayed in her room, live streaming and editing videos. She never mentioned the boys were at her house, she didn't want to get her own hopes up, much less the fans.

Sutton got out of bed, getting ready for the cold day. A baggy sweater and skinny jeans were complimented with wooly socks. She walked down the stairs, noticing the couch was no longer a bed and the boys' pallets were gone.

She walked into the living room, not even surprised the guys had already gone back to work and not said anything. But they hadn't left and she stopped in the door way of the kitchen.

"Sutton, we have something to tell you," Liam said, unusually being the first to talk out of the guys.

"We are leaving to do a Christmas show," Emery continued after Liam. Sutton rolled her eyes and walked over to the cabinet to get her breakfast.

"But," Ricky crescendoed and Sutton turned around, "you're coming with us!"

"Why?" Sutton asked unamused.

"The label got a ton of complaints about how you got knocked out of our lives so they could get money and then our sales dropped in protest," Emery explained.

"So, just a way to get yourselves the money your losing because of choices you made?" Sutton laughed. "Nah, I'm good."

"Sutton," Liam said after her as she started to walk off. "Sutton, we know it work and it sounds that way but it's not like that. We want you to go with us, and we wanted to leave early so we could hang out in a town we know so we can show you around."

"Why would I want to be shown around a town that keeps my best friends away from me just so their label can make money?" Sutton still had her back to them.

"Please, just think about it, we're leaving tomorrow morning." Liam looked down at his hands and Sutton walked away.

Sutton shut the door of her bedroom and got out her suitcase. She wanted it to be a surprise, another chance for the boys to redeem themselves. She packed mainly summer and spring clothes. California would still be a little hot.
