(Okay, but he's like my new obsession right now. I LOVE DAVEED DIGG'S JEFFERSON! Anyways, you'll be about his age when he came back from France. This actually takes place at the cabinet meeting the day he got back, now that I think about it. Since this was based off an rp between me and a friend from Twitter, the timeskips will most likely be frequent. This'll probably be super long. Slight lemon warning too. Enjoy the oneshot!)
...
After a cabinet meeting and being alone with Jefferson for the night, issues with his wife and his legacy start to get in the way.
...
About a month ago, you were able to get an article that you wrote published in the papers, talking about the political problems of this new nation and some of your ideas to fix them.
Then about three weeks later, you received a letter from the one and only commander of the Revolution, George Washington.
He praised you on your writing in the paper and how he thinks that you could make a difference in this young nation.
So he invited you to take part in a cabinet meeting with a bunch of the important gentleman trying to make a difference in this nation.
Basically with people who could speak your language.
The meeting was today.
And you were running late.
Quickly grabbing your coat and putting it on above your frock, you made a mad dash out of your small duplex and rushed to the meeting place, mentally cursing yourself for running late to something important and most likely mandatory. It was too late to call a carriage to take you, and the meeting place was only a block away.
When you ran up the stairs of the building, you almost expected to open those doors and barge in while the meeting was being proceeded as planned. But when you opened the doors, no one was there.
The whole building was empty.
'Oh shit, what if I went to the wrong place?' You began to think.
But then you heard the doors opening and closing again, some footsteps following them.
"Good morning, madame." A voice called out to you.
You sharply turned your heel and saw four more people making their way over to the table at the center of the room.
George Washington, the one who spoke to you, James Madison, Thomas Jefferson and the infamous Alexander Hamilton.
You felt your heart rate speeding up a little and you sighed in relief, running a hand through your unbrushed hair. "Oh, thank goodness. I was starting to think I came to the wrong place or something."
Thomas made a swift gesture and smiled sharply. "Nope, you're good, short stuff."
At that, you quietly huffed.
It was true, Jefferson was a lot taller then you, maybe about a foot taller, even despite being your age.
But what you couldn't stand more then anything was when people taunted you for your short height.
You were even shorter then Alexander.
Yeah. You were that short.
"I am not short." You muttered loudly, while everyone sat down, you sitting across from Jefferson.
"Sure, and I'm not black." He shoots back at you, keeping the prolonged smirk on his face.
He crossed his legs and leans back in his chair.
Before you could protest again, Washington cut in, not wanting to distract anyone from the real reason they were here.
"Let's get this meeting started..." He announced.

...
Through the whole five-hour long cabinet meeting, you just had your head propped on your arm and listening to Jefferson and Hamilton try to get at each other's throats.
But you found Thomas Jefferson's debating skills to be rather intimidating. Although you hated to admit it.
But when everyone started to get up from their seats and leave the building, you just stood at the table while watching the people file out.
You watched Jefferson whisper something to Madison, then he turned to look at you. His chocolate eyes burned into your E/C ones. Then he seemed to usher Madison away and he made his way to you.
"Ah, Mr. Jefferson." You gave him a crooked smile and a welcoming stance.
"Hey there, little lady. I knew you'd make it to the meeting today." He replied to you.
At first, you were confused. But then something happened.
Jefferson blocked one of your sides with his cane and the other with his tall body. He pressed against you till you were leaning on the edge of the table.
You were caught off guard.
"M-Mr. Jefferson, w-what are you d-doing?" Your cheeks flushed a bright red when you nearly whispered your words out.
All he did in responce was chuckle. He seemed to be in deep though while he looked at you, leaning in.
You heard the sound of sniffing when he placed his head beside your face.
You flushed brighter as you realized he was taking in your chocolate-like scent.
But then when he pulled back, he slowly leaned in and kissed you on the lips.
Your cheeks were almost ablaze, hot and red. At first, you muffled a quick protest against the kiss, but you couldn't get out while he blocked your sides.
The longer the gentle kiss drove on, the more you started to go limp under the taller man's touch.
You began to kiss him back.
Jefferson pulled back, seeming to look around the room to see if there were any witnesses. When he saw no one was around, he grabbed both sides of your waist and started to kiss you more passionately.
By that time, you couldn't deny that you were enjoying this.
So you wrapped your arms around his neck and gasped a little when you felt his hands on your waist.
Jefferson smiled through the kiss, moving one of his hands up your back and the other downwards. He eventually breaks free from the kiss, but he still holds onto you.
"You aren't married, are you, Miss. Y/N?" He finally spoke again since this all began.
You don't say anything. You just look up at him, mesmerized.
He smirks at that.
"Not that it matters." You could faintly hear him whisper, starting to kiss your neck.
With a small whine, you clutch onto the back of his coat as your nails dug into it. The new sensation on your neck was too much.
"N-no, s-sir..." You almost whispered out.
You had no idea how helpless you felt under the man's touch.
He backed away from your neck, grabbing your hand.
"Then I'll be the one to escort you home." He says, kissing your hand.

Jefferson lead you inside your small home, he seemed unsatisfied almost. He closes the door behind him and he leads you to a certain room.
Your bedroom.
He took off his jacket, sitting on the bed with a devious look of lust.
"What are you waiting for, darlin?" He teases, staring at you.
When he asked you this, you flushed brighter and your eyes widened. "W-wait, w-what?"
All he did was chuckle, getting off the bed and taking your hand. He leads you to the bed and gets on top of you, looking at you straight in the eye.
"Don't you want me?" He asked.
Your eyes were as big as saucers and you contemplated what you should say. Then you realized that he was giving you a decision and not trying to rape you.
"Y-yes, sir." The words slip out of your mouth, breathlessly.

Afterwards, you snuggled under the covers, smiling bashfully up at Jefferson. He wrapped his arms around you tightly and hummed in satisfaction. He hid his face in the crook of your neck and fell asleep.
Feeling his light scuffle on your neck, you giggled. You wrapped your arms around him as well and took a moment to run your hands through his fluffy black hair once more.
Some time after that, you fell asleep too.

Your eyes fluttered to life the next morning to see Jefferson sitting next to you on the bed, dressed. You smiled.
"Hey, angel..." He whispers, his hand gently caressing your face.
"I have to get going, but don't worry. I'll be back. I promise."
He promptly kisses you after he said this to you, then he got up and opened the door.
"I'll write to you tonight." You heard him say before he left.
You gave a sideways smile at him and quietly said goodbye, and when the door closed, you laid in your bed and looked at the ceiling, thinking about him.
...
For most of the day, you didn't move. You didn't know what to do or how to feel. He most likely had a wife and for that, you felt bad for sleeping with him. Your smile faded as this thought occured to you and your head sunk into your pillow, holding tightly onto the sheets.
...
When you finally got the strength to get up, you dressed yourself and took a quiet walk down the street. Usually, you walked just to get some fresh air. But today, you couldn't get Thomas off your mind.
But then you saw Madison just up the road, heading towards you, a parchment of paper in his hand.
It was Jefferson's letter.

...
After reading Thomas' letter, you almost immediately wrote a responce and handed it off to Madison.
Settling down and making something for lunch afterwards, a smile remained with you while you did. Humming softly to yourself, you realized you were falling in love with this man. And you didn't deny it at all.
...
(A COUPLE WEEKS LATER)
...
Writing a little at you desk while it was a little late, you heard a knock at the door. When you went to open the door, you smiled.
"Jefferson! You're back again!"
He chuckles under his breath and holds his arm awkwardly. "Hello darlin, may I come in?"
"Of course you can."
...
(YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENS)
...
Afterwards, while you are laying beside each other, Jefferson caresses your face. "Y/N..." He whispered.
You sighed in satisfaction and laid against his chest. "Yes?"
He stared you, like he was debating whether to tell you something or not.
"...I'm married...and I think she might be getting suspicious of us." He told you slowly, pain in his voice.
Your mouth parted open slightly and your heart rate sped up.
"Th-that's honestly what I've b-been thinking..."
You felt like you could break down at any second.
The thought had evacuated your mind ever since he wrote his letter to you a couple weeks ago.
'From the moment I read it, I knew you were mine
You said you were mine
I thought you were mine'
Jefferson sighs and holds you tightly, trying to comfort you.
You bury your face in his chest and slightly shake. "I'm sorry..."
"Don't be." He told you. "I'm the one who caused this."
You couldn't hold anything back anymore. You start to weep, trying but failing miserably to stay quiet.
"Shh, shh, baby, it's alright." He whispers softly to you, stroking your hair.
Everytime you tried to speak, it turned into whimpers. Then the words slipped out. Just like the first time.
"I-I really l-love you..."
At first he didn't say anything, continuing to stroke your hair. Then he kisses your forehead and closed his eyes.
"I won't leave you." He spoke.
You shakily smiled at him and met your lips again, slowly and gently.
He kisses you softly, holding the sides of your face and wiping away your tears.
When you two pulled away, you snuggled into his chest, smiling hopefully. Then you softly yawn, holding onto him tightly.
He buries his face into your neck and you both drift off.
'We can make this work. Somehow.'
...
(Quick confession, there is more to this story and I didn't write it all since this is already pretty lengthy as it is. More than 2000 words, guys. Afterwards, there's another cabinet meeting and some other stuff happens. Would you guys want me to continue this in another part later on? This rp is really good in my opinion and I don't wanna leave anything important out.)
