Emma P.O.V.

Emma: already moved in!

Ruby: guess you won't be needing my help!

Emma: Regina helped me...

Ruby: how was she when you told her?

Emma:sad... Said I could just move back in with her...

Ruby: and you?

Emma: said I needed time... I really and to move back with her but I'm still not ready

Ruby:it's okay, you can stay with me as long as you need.

Emma:thanks rubes, that means a lot.

Ruby:your welcome girl 😚! Btw dinner is on you tonight😁

Emma:yeah yeah I'll just get something from Granny 😝 see you, love you ❤

Ruby:see you,love you too❤

"Hey dad!" I said while I walked in the station.
"Hi Emma! How are you?"
"Good, just moved in with Ruby. You?"
"I'm good, what do you mean you moved in with Ruby? Are you back together?" My dad asked with a raised eyebrow.
"No dad, we aren't. I just was going to get a place and Ruby said I could stay with her."
"Any news from Regina?" I asked and my dad frowned.
"From Regina?"
"Yeah about the budget" I said and he nodded.
"Oh, yeah. We do, we can start looking for a deputy."
"Okay good, we can start interviewing today."
"Someone's in a rush" my dad said with a chuckle.

Regina P.O.V.

I called to the office and took the day off. I decided I was going to do a surprise for Emma, I know she doesn't trust me 100% yet, but I intend to chance that was soon as possible. Around 4.00pm Henry came back home and I asked what for his help to plan the surprise.
"What do you think I should do?" I asked.
"I don't know mom, you know ma doesn't like cheesy stuff so you shouldn't do something like you see in the movies. You should plan something adventurous like... Skydive, or bungee jumping, or-"
" Okay Henry, I want to make her happy not to get us killed" I said and Henry laughed.
"Come on mom! We need to do things in life we don't want or like, for us and the ones we love!"
"You sure you're only ten?" I asked and he chuckled. "So... Let's suppose that I choose to do one of those things, do you know a place?" I asked and he smiled triumphantly. He nodded and start showing me places on the Internet. There was actually one about 40min out of Storybrooke so I decided to call them. They informed me about the prices and possible dates and I booked a session two weeks from now. In that time I need convince Emma to stay a weekend off work which I think is going to be easy since they are now looking for a new deputy.

*A week later*

Emma P.O.V.

We finally found someone suitable for the job. His name is Jake and he just moved from Boston, he worked there as a private detective but as soon as his wife got pregnant they decided to move to a place more peaceful. At first I didn't remembered Jake but as soon as he start telling me about his childhood and how he's been in and out of foster homes, and that he choose Storybrooke because he had already lived here, I remembered that we had some classes together. Regina and I are doing great, we were supposed to keep things quiet but Leroy caught us kissing outside my apartment and he couldn't keep his mouth shut. My parents aren't very happy that we're back together, they never liked Regina in the first place, and after what she did they couldnt even look at her. Well my mom is worse than my dad, he just wants me to be happy so he doesn't mind much who am I dating. This past week me and Jake had been talking about how everything as changed, I met his wife Meghan, she's 9 months pregnant and is expected any day now. She's really sweet and friendly. I'm now at the station with my dad and Jake trying to convince me to take next weekend of work.
"Guys why does it seem like you want me out of here?"
"We don't"my dad said.
"We just think you need a break" Jake said.
"Hum hum.... Well it's not going to happen." I stated while doing paper work.
"And why not?" Jake asked.
"Because I'm needed here."
"You're not! Me and Jake can take care of this for a weekend!"
"Dad come on! Jake's wife is due any day now, what if the baby decides to come this weekend? Not going to happen"
"If the baby decides to come this weekend we'll handle it don't worry" Jake said. I looked at then and sighed.
"If I say yes will you stop bothering me for a minute?"
"Yes!" They said in unison.
"Fine! Under one condition, if Meghan goes into labor you call me."
"Deal!" Jake said. I looked at the clock and saw that my shift was over so I put my jacket and headed to the door.

Regina P.O.V.

"Henry! Go set the table please!" I yelled finishing dinner. I heard an okay from the living room. While Henry was setting the table I went to my room and changed to something more comfortable. Convincing Emma to take the weekend off has been harder than I thought it would be, I asked David convince her so she does not no that I'm the one who wants her to take the weekend off. I checked my phone and saw that I had a text from Emma and one from David.

Emma: just left the station be there in 10

Regina:Okay, see you soon😘

Emma has been spending more time here but she hasn't spend the night again, and I miss sleeping with her.

David: we did it!

Regina:she agreed?

David: yes, now do me a favor and don't hurt my little girl again

Regina: thank you! I won't you can trust me.

Yes! Now I just need to find a way for her to agree to go out of Storybrooke with me without her suspecting a thing.
