It's been 6 months since Henry's birthday party. Henry has been asking to spend more time with Daniel everyday. He says that they have 11 years to make up for. Emma's not so happy for that but she hadn't say a word to Regina she just keeps things to herself. When Emma was 4 months pregnant she and Daniel had a huge fight and Emma almost lost the baby so she has been bed resting since then. Daniel has been trying to get is second chance with Regina like he said he wanted. Regina is in a tough position, she asked Daniel for the divorce but he's not willing to let go of Regina so easily so he's been delaying the process. Regina's emotions are a little mixed, she loves Emma and she knows it, but having Daniel back in her life when she thought she was never going to see him again. Having the father of her son back, her first love back...
Regina was in the kitchen with Katherine talking to her about everything that's been happening the last few months.
"I don't know Katherine... I mean, Daniel is the man I accepted to marry with... The first person I opened myself to an-"
"He's also the one who broke your heart and let you alone to take care of a child that was his." Katherine said cutting Regina off.
"But he's sorry for it... What it he had never left? Me and Emma would probably never be together.."
"Do you regret being with Emma?" Katherine asked with a frown.
"I-i don't know..."
"Regina don't do this... You cannot break Emma again she's carrying your child for God's sake!" Katherine said and Regina sigh.
What they didn't know was that Emma was just outside the kitchen and listening to their talk. Emma couldn't take it anymore so she just left the house and went for a walk. She said she wouldnt left me and now she's having this conversations... I don't think I can go through other heartbreak, I don't know if I could take it. I sat on a bench and looked at the children playing in the park. If she leaves me I don't think I can take care of this baby alone... I sat there and my phone start ringing, I looked at the ID caller and saw Regina's name so I just ignore it, I need some time to think about everything. After a while I walked over to Ruby's. I told her the talk I heard between Katherine and Regina and just cried. We lost track of time and when I noticed it was already dark. I looked at my phone and had 10 missed calls from Regina. I sigh and start walking back home, I entered the front door and as soon as I close the door Regina came running towards me wrapping her and around me.
"Emma! Where were you?! I was worried sick!"
"I went for a walk and lost track of time." Well that's not a complete lie. Emma thought.
"And why weren't you answering your phone?!"
"Regina calm down I know how to take care of myself."
"You may know that but you could... You should have told me you were going out!"
"Yeah? And why is that?!" Emma shouted and went to their room leaving Regina behind. What the hell was that? Regina thought. She waited a minute and went after Emma. Emma was already in bed so Regina joined her. Regina start getting closer to Emma and kissing her neck.
"Henry's not home tonight... He's spending the night with Daniel..."Regina said and Emma pulled away from her turning so her back was facing Regina.
"Of course he is" Emma said and Regina frown but decided that maybe is was best to just leave the subject so she turned on her side and tried to sleep. The next morning Regina woke up and Emma wasn't on the bed. Regina sigh and walked out of the bedroom searching for Emma, she found her in the kitchen already dressed eating breakfast.
"Good morning" Regina said walking over to Emma  giving her a kiss and she frowned when Emma didn't kiss back. "What's going on Emma?"
"Nothing, why do you ask?" Emma asked regina.
"You've been acting... Weird..." Regina said and Emma shrugged.
"Must be hormons..." Emma said and stood up putting her dishes away and turning to leave the kitchen.
"Where you going?"
"For a walk" Emma said and left the house without giving Regina a chance to say something. At around 4p.m. Henry came back home.
"Hey mom! "
"Hey Henry, how was time with Daniel?" Regina asked Henry.
"It was great! Dad took me to the movies!" Henry said excited and Regina smiled hearing him calling Daniel dad.
" Can I spend this weekend with dad? Please?" Henry asked and Regina was going to say yes but then she thought it was better to wait for Emma and ask her opinion.
"Let ma get home and we'll ask her okay?"
"Okay! But you let me right?" Henry asked Regina and she nodded. About an hour later Emma came back home.
"Where have you been?" Regina asked Emma.
"At granny's, is Henry home yet?" Emma asked walking over to Regina giving her a kiss on the cheek. Emma may be upset but she's not willing to lose Regina, not again.
"He is..." Regina answered wrapping her arms around Emma. "He wants to ask you something"
"Okay can you tell him I'm home I'm kind of hungry" Emma said with a smile.
"Of course I'll go call him and while you talk I'll prepare a bath... How does that sound?" Regina asked with smirk.
"That sound amazing, thanks.." Emma said giving Regina a kiss and going into the kitchen. Regina went upstairs and told Henry that Emma was in the kitchen so he went to the kitchen.
"Hey ma! Can I spend the weekend with my dad?" Henry asked excited and Emma cringed hearing Henry call Daniel his dad.
"No." She said in a heartbeat.
"What why not?!"
"Because I miss you, you're never with me anymore."
"You've been with me for eleven years he's just been with me for 6months!" Henry whined.
"Yeah? And why's that? Oh that's right he ran!" Emma yelled.
"But now he's back!"
"And that makes things better? He wasn't the one who stayed here and help fixing the problems that would appear was he?" Emma asked.
"Well the only problem that happended was you becoming my mom! I wish dad had never left me and mom, that way I would never had to be your son and I could have a family with mom and dad and not you! I hate you!"Henry yelled and Emma froze. She couldn't believe what she had just heard. First Regina and now Henry. What's the point of her to stay here? Tears start falling down Emma cheeks and she just left the house getting in her bug and speeding down the road.
