Regina woke up and Emma had her arms wrapped around her waist. Regina smiled and kissed Emma's forehead. She got out of bed and went to Henry's room.
"Henry, it's time to wake up."
"I don't want to"
"Come on time for school." Regina said and helped Henry sitting on the bed. "How did you sleep?"
"Good... When's is ma coming back home?" Henry asked Regina and she smiled sadly.
"I don't know Henry. She needs some time but then she'll come back."
"Promise?"
"Promise. Now get dressed I'm going to make you breakfast." Regina left the room and went to Emma's room. She saw Aiden awake so she took him with her to the kitchen. Henry got to the kitchen and start eating breakfast, Regina put Emma's breakfast on a tray and went to her room.
"Morning." She said sitting on the bed next to Emma.
"Hmmm.... Morning" Emma said "how did you sleep?"
"Good, you?"
"Same, I'm gonna to take Henry to school and then I'm going to work."
"Okay, where's Aiden?"
"In the kitchen with Henry."
"Okay I'll eat there with him." Emma said getting up and picking the tray with the food. They walked in the kitchen and saw Henry talking with his brother.
"Sorry how I've treat you and ma. I shouldn't have but I promise that from now on I'll do everything to make up for that and I'll be the best son and big brother ever." He said and kissed his little brother cheek. Outside the kitchen Emma had tears in her eyes. She dried them and walked over to Henry.
"Morning babies."
"Ma! I'm not a baby anymore!" Henry said and hugged his mother.
"You'll always be my baby just as your brother." Emma said and kissed Henry.  "See you later."
"Do I have to go to school? I want to stay with you and Aiden." Henry pouted.
"You do, but if it's okay with your mom you can spend the weekend here with us." Emma said and looked at Regina.
"Can I, mom? Please?"
"Of course you can. But not you need to go to school." Regina said and start to leave. "Bye Aiden, bye Emma."
"Bye mommy, talk to you later!" Emma shouted from the kitchen. Regina dropped Henry off at school and headed to the city hall. She was in her office and called her lawyer to see if there was any news on the divorce. There wasn't so she called Daniel and ask him to meet her in her office.
"Come in!" She said when there was a knock on the door.
"Hey." Daniel said smiling and sitting across from Regina."wanted to see me?"
"I did. Why haven't my lawyer heard anything from yours?" She asked with a frown.
"I don't know"
"Daniel I swear you are starting to annoy me. I want those papers reading by monday. You have a week to get that done." Regina stated.
"Why the rush?" Daniel asked and Regina raised her eyebrow.
"Why the rush? I want to be with my girlfriend! That's the rush!"
"Am I stopping you? You can be together all you want." Daniel said and Regina rolled her eyes.
"I told you. Monday that's your last chance. Before you go, what happen with Henry yesterday?"
"Henry? What are you talking about?"
"When he got to Emma's he looked like he had been crying."
"I don't know, we were playing then I left the room for a minute and when I got back he said he wanted to go home."
"Hm... Okay, I'll talk with him later. You can go now." Regina said and start doing her paperwork. Daniel sat there looking at her and Regina looked up at him. "Do you need anything?"
"Yeah, I actually do." Daniel said and Regina looked at him waiting for him to keep talking but he didn't.
"So... What is it?"
"A date." Daniel said and Regina raised her eyebrow.
"Excuse me?"
"A date. Let me take you out for dinner and then, if you still want to get a divorce it will be the first thing I'll do in the morning." Daniel said standing up. Regina looked at him and walked over to him.
"You know Daniel... I really think it's funny the way you think you still have a choice. You will get those papers to my lawyer by Monday or I will take other measures without you being need. Now if you don't mind, I need to finish this so I can get my son from school." Regina said sitting back on her chair. Daniel looked at her skeptical and stormed out of Regina's office. Regina was tempted to accept his offer, one dinner what bad could it be? But then she thought about what Katherine said. One dinner wouldn't be seen as a normal thing for the people, and most important, it would hurt Emma and the last thing she wants is for Emma to be hurt.

Friday night came and Regina was dropping Henry over at Emma's.
"Do you want to stay for dinner?" Emma asked Regina.
"I do." Regina said and Emma chuckled.  "What?" Regina asked and Emma shook her head smiling.
"Nothing... I just can't wait to hear you saying those words in another occasion." Emma said and start setting the table leaving Regina with her mouth open looking at her.
"Y-ou do?"
"I do." Emma said jokingly. Regina laughed and rolled her eyes. They were all sitting in the table eating and Emma was feeding Aiden. "How was school?"
"It was good but I have a lot of homework for this weekend."
"It's okay I'll help you" Emma said and Henry smiled at her.
"Thanks ma. You're the best! Can I go to my room?" Henry asked and they both nodded.
"Did you know my parents are moving?" Emma asked Regina once Henry was out of the kitchen.
"They are? Why?"
"No ideia, something about wanting to get out of their comfort zone or something." Emma said and shrugged.
"Guess we need to start looking for another deputy then."
"Maybe, Jacob has JJ and I have Aiden, so maybe an extra help would be good." Emma said.
"Okay I'll look at it later. I'm going to go now it's getting late." Regina said and stood up grabbing the dishes.
"Oh no, I'll take care of the dishes don't worry."
"Emma, no I want to help." Regina said.
"Next time." Emma said grabbing Regina's arm.
"Okay" Regina said and headed to the door.
"Gina... Come here." Emma said and Regina did. Emma grabbed Regina's face and kissed her. "Goodnight." Emma said
"Night." Regina said smiling and leaving the apartment.
