"Daniel..." Regina said and start leaning in.

When their lips were almost touching Regina phone start ringing and she immediately pulled back. What the hell was I about to do? Regina thought. She picked up her phone and answer the call.

"Hello?"
"Regina, hi."
"Katherine? Is Emma okay?" Regina asked getting worried.
"Yeah she's fine. I'm calling because we're going to induce the labor tonight. I thought you would like to be here."
"Yes! Of course! I'll be there in 20 minutes." Regina said excited
"Okay. See you"

Regina hung up and start leaving the house.
"Regina where are you going?" Daniel asked annoyed.
"To the hospital."
"What? What about me?"
"Daniel, I'm sorry. What was about to happen it shouldn't have."
"Regina, I love you!" Daniel yelled and grabbed Regina's hand.
"Daniel! Stop it! You will always have a place in my heart, you my son's father! But I don't love you anymore! I love Emma!" She yelled and walked out of the house heading to the hospital. Regina walked in the hospital and immediately went to Emma's room. She looked at Emma and felt guilty about what was about to happen a few minutes ago. She sat on the chair that has been keeping her company for almost three months and held Emma's hand.
"Hi my love, they are going to induce the labor tonight... I'm terrified, because after that they will know if you will ever wake up or not, but I really hope you do because I need your help to raise our baby and in a few years Henry's going to start dating and I need you there as well" Regina said with a chuckle. "But I want you to know that if you want to leave that's okay I guess... I just really wish you could stay here with us..." Regina said and start crying.
" It's time" Katherine said walking in the room. Regina nodded and kissed Emma's forehead.
"I love you" Katherine took Emma and Regina went to the waiting room. After almost 3 hours Katherine came to the waiting the room.
"How did it go? Is she alright? And the baby?"
"The baby is fine, come on" Katherine said and we went to a small room. She picked up the baby and walked over too me. "Want to hold him?" She asked and Regina nodded excited. She picked the baby and tears start falling down her cheeks.
"Hey there..." Regina said rocking the baby. The baby had practically no hair, he will probably be blonde like his mother. "And Emma?" Regina asked looking at Katherine who smiled at her.
"We still have to make some tests, but I believe she'll wake up in the next week or two." Katherine said and Regina's face lit up with joy.
"Are you serious?!" Regina said a bit too laughed and the baby woke up. "Oh sorry, sweety... Did you hear that? Mama's gonna wake up" she said kissing his forehead. She put him down to sleep and walked over to Katherine giving her a hug. "Thank you so much!"
"It's my job, Regina" Katherine said with a chuckle. "As a doctor and your best friend... So do we have a name?" Katherine asked and Regina shook her head.
"I want to wait for Emma to choose, can we wait?"
"Sure, honey"
"When can I take him home?" Regina asked looking at the baby.
"In two days, we'll pump the milk so you can feed him while Emma can't" Katherine said and Regina nodded.
"When can I see her?" Regina asked.
"As I said we need to do some tests but then we'll bring her here" Katherine said and left the room. Regina called Mary Margaret and told her that Emma had already had the baby. Mary Margaret and David came to the hospital with baby Neal and Henry about half an hour later. They walked into the room and saw Regina holding the baby. Neal was now 2 years old so he could already walked and say some words.
"The baby no hair?" Neal said and they all laughed.
"He does, Neal. But it's blonde so you can't really see it." Mary Margaret explained.
"Can I hold him?" David asked and Regina nodded handing him the baby and walking over to Henry.
"You okay sweety?"
"How did your date with dad went?" He asked and Regina frowned.
"Date?"
"Yeah, I help him with dinner."
"Henry... Why?"
"Because... I want you two to be together..."He said after a while.
"I'm so sorry Henry, but that's not going to happen"
"Why not?" He asked sadly.
"Because I love your ma not him." Regina said and Henry sighed.
"But he's my dad.." he said sadly.
"And Emma's your mom." She said calmly and Henry nodded. "Want to meet your baby brother?" She asked and he nodded.
"What is his name?" He asked.
"I want to wait for Emma before choosing a name." Regina said and Emma's parents nodded. Henry sat in the couch and Mary Margaret who was now holding the baby place him carefully on Henry's arms. It wasn't the first time Henry held a baby so they didn't had to tell him all the rules of who to hold a baby.
"Can I go spend the weekend with dad?" Henry asked and Regina nodded.
"Of course you can. I get to take your brother home on monday, but I'll be staying here with him and ma until then. David can I ask you a favor?" Regina asked.
"Don't worry Regina I'll go to your place and take care of the nursery."
"Thanks, there's just a few things missing and the crib needs to be fitted." Regina said and he nodded. Leaving the room with Mary Margaret, Henry and Neal.
"And here she is." Regina hear. She looked up to see some nurses coming with Emma on a bed. Katherine was following them.
"We need to take the baby now Regina, but you'll be able to see him again in the morning" Katherine said and Regina nodded.
"Thanks" she said and gave her baby a kiss. "Good night, little prince, sleep well." They left the room with the baby and Regina turned to Emma.
"Hey, my love. You did it." She said and holding Emma's hand and kissing her lips softly. "He's beautiful just like you. He has your hair, and we can't figured the eye color but I'll get lost in them regardless, just like I do in yours.... I miss your eyes Emma..."she said starting to cry and felt her hand being squeezed. "Emma? Can you hear me?" She asked but got no response. But for her having Emma squeezing her hand was the litte thing she needed to know everything would end up okay, they would be okay.
