NATURE
Sometimes I forget God's real creation
I should stop and appreciate
As I lay on the soft comfortable grass
The view of the refreshing dew that sprayed on the leaves
The lumbering clouds drifting from above
The tender zephyr touches my skin
The beautiful chirps of the birds singing
The delicious scent of the pine trees
It's like heaven brought to earth
All my problems and exhaustion erased from my mind
And now it's empty and overwhelmed with nothing
For once my mind is clean and calm
No anger... no pain... no chaos... no war
The warm sunlight that melts away my memories that brings grief and shame
