Chapter 13

It's another morrning of looking around for something that she don't even know. This is stupid, she can just decline and get out of there but nooooo~ she just have to look for something that isn't even possible!

*Sigh* just how long is she planing to stay here? Better not be forever. Wow, now she's distracted again. It's a painting, it's kinda familiar...
"Geno...?" Uriel whispered. The person in the painting had a blood red scarf and white shirt like the Geno we know but, both of his eyes are fine.

The man walked toward Uriel, she didn't notice it until he's right behind her. Huh, he's taller as expected, this is the first time they're standing next to eachother.
"No, that's not what I want you to paint," he said.
"Kyaa!" Uriel jumped and there's an awkward silence.
Uriel cleared her throat,
"I'm sorry but the person in the painting look like someone I knew," Uriel bowed a little blushing at the 'kyaa!' sound she made, the man seems to be blushing too but Uriel dosnt see that with her head down still.

"Who does she remind you of then?" He ask with another emotionless tone.
Uriel seem to be afraid for the first time in here.
"A friend of mine, she was badly injured and lost her right eye, she's currently in hospital," Uriel said.
"I'm asking for the name!" The suddenly shouted, the whole place seem to have trembled slightly.

The man marched toward Uriel trapping her against the wall.
"What is her name!" He shouted.
Uriel feel like her leg is about to give away. The man suddenly seems dangous to her at last but refuse to answer.
"Wh-what will you do to her if-if I told you," she asked in a trembling voice.

The man's eyes suddenly gone red, Uriel's leg finally gives away and fell to the floor, tears are at the edge of showing. The man relised this, he covered his eyes and walked away. Uriel stayed where she is for a good minute, not really that she's scared but more like her leg couldn't get her up.

But, even with all that happened, she continue to look for the living. What is she thinking? She saw that man once or twice today but after that little scene, she didn't dare to get close to him so, it's just walking around the castle for another day.

The sun is setting and, currently, Uriel is in a lab of some kind? It's quiet dark but she brings her lantern with her almost everywhere, there's all kind of weird things but just one caught Uriel's attention, if described bluntly, it's a human sized metle box with a normal window sized circle shaped glass at the top where a person's face would be and wires attracted to it at the back.

Uriel opened it and there's button inside, there's a number at the right side of it but letters at the other. She stepped in to take a better look, it seems it's still in making progress and might be dangerous. The space in there are quiet big, it can fit around three people and still have room to walk around, at the back, the wall seems to stick out a bit making a stair step. Uriel sat on it.

There's suddenly blinding lights and within seconds, she's gone.
There's a running sound from behind, what are we going to do now?
