Back at last

*Uriel's POV*

She's back but, I'm not conected to her anymore, how? Did that machine served our soul? I look at the wobbling girl stand infront of two men and still trying to tell the different between the two. This might be fun >: )

*Adrelean's POV*

After the light, the machine returned with her inside, safe. I think. She step out not being able to find the floor with her feet and fell, I hurried to her side to catch her.

She opened her eyes to look at me, I think she gives me a weak smile and fall asleep right there. I could hear Simon laughing behind me.

I took her upstairs into her room and told Simon to wait for me in the library.

She seen to be having a good dream, she was giggling when I put her down, I feel the corner of my mouth lift up.
I covered my mouth, did I smile?

I was about to leave when I feel something tugging my clothes weakly. I turn to see her holding onto my sleeve with a expression of fear.

*Sigh* I kneel down and stroke her hair for a bit and soon, she releases me and I walked out the door to find Simon.

I feel something, it's weird and uncomfortable. I don't like it one bit.

*Uriel POV*

Well, that was fun to see, I follow Adrelean around after that, he seems to be aware of me but can't see me.

"Hey! Can you touch anything?" He asked me.

I feel a bit surprised that he actually tried to talk to me but I reached for the nearest flower and lifted it up, he looked at the flower and turned around.

"I see, you came with her didn't you? You are welcome to stay as long as you don't cause any trouble."

I'm feeling more interest in him now but I kind of want to see this place first, I don't have much time left anyway, without a proper body, I will just disappear. I should tell this to Encre but I don't have enough time to wait until she wake up, she will cry, no matter what.

I look toward her room, may we meet in my next life, my dear friend.

I didn't notice at first but, there was a shadow behind me when I was wondering around, the shadow can see me, but...only my family can see me...brother?

*Adrelean's POV*

It's been a long time now, maybe I should go cheek on her, I walk along the hallway, echo company my every step as my cape drags behind me. The dimly lit candle flickering in the air, almost like they are dancing as they showed me the way to her room. I slowly opened her door, don't want to wake her.

A gust of wind rushed pass me as I peek inside, she opened the window and is staring outside, singing a sweet, pure melody, it's a lullaby. I remember it really well, she use to sing to me all the time, I can feel a sting as my memory of her flood in. Encre really reminds me of her.

I opened the door completely, she noticed. She looked at me and smiled, I feel relief to see her save but there's also rage, how can she be so carless?

I slowly walked in toward her, she doesn't seems to be even a bit scared, I feel more angry. I took both her wrists and pined her to the wall, she look up to me, worried and confused.

"Mr Adrele-"
"Do you not get what's going on? Why are you so calm and defendless? How can you smile like that?" I said in a low voice,

"You just went though time and you even hurt yourself! Can you be more aware of everything? You walked in here without a care, you walked out without a doubt and you came back without any fear? How can anyone be so...!"

I slowly let her go, she still look so calm, it did not make me feel any better.

"Mr Adrelean, it's not that I don't know what's going on, it's because I understand what's going on, well, not everything but, enough to know I'm not in danger," she said as she slowly look outside the window.

"But, even if I am in danger, I can't die," she turn to me, "so please don't worry or feel guilty, it's would be troublesome to me as well,"

I stood back.

"Do what you wish then," and left, what else can I say? Her eyes, it's full of pain and I didn't get what half of what she said, she know what's going on? She isn't even aware of the war that's going on, she's just all talk.

*Encre's POV*

He walked out.

I sighed and walk toward my bed, I want to talk to Uriel again, it took some time but I finally fall asleep. I stood up in the pitch black place with a floor that I can't even see, I hold out my hand for navigation.

"Uriel? Where are you? Please come out! I need help!" no answer, I start to panic, I called again and again, louder every time until I can feel the itch in my throat, where is he?

I search for him over and over and over. But on one is here.

I woke up, feeling my eyes tearing up, I wipe them away as I got out of the bed, it's night time already. I got to the front door and opened it, where is he? Without a destination, I walk out into the wood. Uriel told me there's magic around here to prevent anyone from going in, can anyone get out I wonder.

Why do I feel so light headed? God, where is Uriel? Did you take him away? My only old friend? Is he in heaven now? By your side? But...

I kneeled on the ground and cried out.

"What about me? Why can't I come with him? Why must I stay here? Can't I also return to heaven? Please, God, tell me why," I curled into a ball on the ground as my cries echos though the forest.

"You wouldn't stop crying no matter how much time have passed," I turn to the familar sound.

I jump into his chest as I cry harder, I need something to hold on right now or I feel I would fall apart. Strange how he was the only one who see me cry
