Sleep Deprived Teens are likely to commit crimes

Researchers stated that teenagers who feel sleepy in the daytime are likely to engage in antisocial behaviors, such as lying, cheating, stealing, and fighting. But it does not mean sleepy teens are considered antisocial or lawbreakers. It is just that drowsiness leads to poor attention and brain dysfunction, and having poor brain functioning has a chance of committing a crime. And it does not mean sleeping would solve the crime, probably it would lessen the chance of creating a crime.

Therefore, better sleep 8 or more hours than doing your homework and going to school early than becoming a criminal in the future.
