This is 2013, remember that this entire chapter, okay? I don't really play Minecraft anymore, mainly because 1. It gets pretty old just mining blocks for an hour and 2. Because it brings back memories that I absolutely hate.
Brady, Mikey, Brady's brother and I are standing on the bleachers in PE as it's ending. Everyone starts to leave. My mom usually stays and talks to a few people, so that means that I get to see Brady. Brady has this cardboard box in his hands. "What's that?" I ask.
"He started printing out Minecraft stuff and gluing them to cardboard." His brother says. I just nod, acting like it's a pretty cool hobby to pick up. "Do you have the wolf spawn egg?" I ask. I'm absolutely obsessed with the Minecraft wolves. They're my favorite animal in the game. I've also always been a huge dog lover, like oh my god. "I did. Jack took it." Brady says. Jack is Brady's older brother. I visibly show my disgust to his brother. "What else?" I ask.
"Gold ingot?" He says, mostly asking if I want it.
"Sure." He hands it to me and I treasure it even if it wasn't my ideal pick.I still have it in fact, in a small Spongebob locker. I like to take it out every now and then just because. Not because I'm in love with Minecraft anymore, but just to be reminded about what I had.
