Chapter 28

I was really tired so I didn't bother to try and make conversation with him.

When we got to school I got out of the car and started walking towards the doors.

Ian came up and grabbed my arm, "Are you Ignoring me?"

"What? No, I'm just really tired today and I don't feel like talking," I said reassuring him.

"Oh, okay, I thought you were mad at me," he smiled like a little kid.

I walked into my first period class and placed my head down on the desk.

I still had about 15 minutes till school officially started so I took a nap.

I was woken up by a group of people tickling me.

"AHHHH!!! WHAT THE FU......" I shot up looking at the people who attacked me.

I wasn't surprised at who it was.

"I hate you guys!!!" I said looking at Jacob, Jake, Alice, Jade, Ethan, and Ian.

"You love us!!" Alice said engulfing me in a hug.

"Get of of me, I'm cranky," I said pushing her off.

"Really I couldn't tell," Ethan said rubbing invisible beard.

"Shut up," I glared at him and placed m y head back on the desk, "Don't you guys have to get to class?"

"Yeah see ya," Jade said and walked out with Alice, Ethan, Jake, and Jacob.

Class started and I just slept through it someone would tell me what we learned about after. All I really care about right now is sleeping.

I was woken up by Ian poking my side.

"Is class over?" I asked not lifting my head from the desk.

"No, I just felt like bugging you," he smiled.

"I hate you."

"We are doing partner projects and we are partners, so if you could wake up we could get this started, shortcake," he said standing up an walking over to an empty table.

"Don't call me that, What are we doing?"

"We are making a poster about the French Revolution," he said writing something down.

"Okay I know stuff about the French Revolution," I said sitting next to him.

"Its due in 2 days, by the way,"

"Okay."

"Do you want to come over to my house to work on it?"

"Sure, I really want to meet your little sister so... I'll go," I smiled.

"Okay," he chuckled, " How bout after school?"

"Yeah I can do that, the gym isn't open today so we don't have work right?"

"Yeah, right."he nodded.

After school ended I headed to Ian's truck so that we could go to his house and work on the project.

"Hey shortcake," he smirked at me.

"Stop calling me that!!!" I hit his arm.

"Okay sugar-lump," he said smiling widely.

I glared at him and we headed to his house.
