Ella's POV

Hindi ko mapigilang mapasimangot. I don't like the stares they are giving me. May mali ba sa suot ko? It's just a dress! Well, the dress I am wearing is a V neck bodycon two-piece short dress. Maganda naman ang suot ko at bagay sa built ko. I just don't get why some of them are giving me some glares.

Hindi naman masyadong malaswa ang suot ko. Nasanay lang siguro na ganito ang suot. I am actually waiting for my cousin here at the mall. Ang sabi niya kanina, na she was waiting na and she's here at the Jollibee. She wants us to eat at the Jollibee kasi matagal na daw akong 'di kumakain non. Jollibee was my favorite when I was a kid.

I just arrived here in the Philippines yesterday. I took my whole day yesterday, sleeping. The almost 14 hours flight was tiring and I really had some time adjusting to the time difference.

I looked at my phone that is now ringing. Sinagot ko kaagad ito ng makitang ang pinsan ko ito.

"Hello! My God, I've been walking around here and I haven't found you yet. Where ka na ba kasi?" I said as I sat on a bench. I combed my hair with my fingers and listened to her answer.

"Ha? Kanina pa ako nandito, ah! Pinagloloko mo ata ako Mikaela!"

"What? I'm here na nga!"

"Anong kanina? Kanina pa ako hanap ng hanap sa'yo dito pero wala ka! Baka ibang mall ang pinuntahan mo, ha!" I frowned while still holding my phone. Itong pinsan ko pinagloloko talaga ako!

Sinabi ko sa kaniya kung nasaan akong mall at bigla na lamang niya akong sinIgawan. Bahagya kong inilayo ang telepono sa aking tenga. Geez, she's so high-blooded for a young girl.

"For your sake, hindi 'yan ang mall na sinabi ko! Jusko, ba't ko ba naman kasi hinayaan na ikaw na lang pumunta dito."

Napasimangot ako sa sinabi niya at tumayo. I'll just go to her so she'll be calm. "All right, all right. I'll be there. 'Wag ka masyadong high blood, cuz." I just heard her tsk-ed and she ended the call. Sungit.

I started walking and went out of the mall. Paglabas ko, there were so many people and the place is so hot. Ang init, gosh. I waited for a taxi to be hailed but none of the taxis approached me

Naglakad lakad ako papunta sa ibang side hoping that some taxi would notice me and would let me ride first. May nabangga ako bigla and nahulog ang bag ko. Kumalat ang mga gamit at napa-upo ako.

"Sorry," he said. Tinulungan niya akong kunin ang mga gamit.

"It's okay," I replied. Tumayo na ako at ngumiti sa kaniya. I was about to open my bag when a black car stopped on my front.

The tinted window opened, "Hi, miss. Would you want some ride?"

I smiled awkwardly and thought, why not? But then, I remembered my mom and cousin said, "don't go with strangers. Baka mapano ka."

"Uhh, sorry but I'll just find a taxi," I politely answered. I don't want to be rude towards the guy who offered me some ride. Maybe he just wants to help me and he has no bad intentions.

"Kung inaakala mo na may masama akong gagawin, no need to worry. I just want to help. I saw you earlier having a hard time to hail a taxi. Maraming tao ngayon, baka 'di mo na mapuntahan ang pupuntahan mo," mahabang litaniya niya. I am still not convinced. The way he looks is just, bothering. I mean, yeah, honestly he looks hot with his black outfit but that's one of the reasons. Guys who looked hot and bad boys are dangerous.
